How to Easily Survive the First Drought - Timberborn Early Access

After my own experiences and reading about others having issues with beavers dying during the first Drought of TImberborn. I decided to make this short video showing how to easily get past the first drought since the Tutorial didn't do a great job of preparing you for the drought. So we shall get our beavers working in this city builder where water is life and death results quickly when you run out.

Guh Duh im playing as beavers how did I not think of building a dam. I starved 3 villages of beavers to death before figuring this out 💀

Hey! I'm new to TimberBorn and I wanted to ask if I'm supposed to do other stuff before the Drought other than the stuff you told us to do

Basically you need to accomplish 3 Things before the Drought, Get a Dam so that you don't lose all your water. Establish a food source other than Berries, and get a water pump to supply water to your beavers. Once you've done those you can start doing other stuff like getting Housing and more storage. I was more just trying to establish how to get the basics so you can get through the first drought without losing any beavers.
Since my first time playing I went through the drought and ran out of water because I didn't have a dam so I was using only what I had stored in small water towers and it didn't last.
