  • Hey! This video was a real eye opener, I truly didn't expect a yes. This makes me excited to continue this series. I apologize for the recording problems. I learned that I shouldn't stop recording until I have left the scene. Anyway, just ask for what you want! Go out there and don't be afraid of a no, you never know what you can get when you ask!

The algorithm is in your favor now, my dude. Keep grinding it out and finish out the 100 days!

It just goes to show that you can get a lot further than you'd think by simply asking nicely for things! So many people are too afraid to swallow their pride and ask for help when they're in need, and it undoubtedly leads to so much unnecessary suffering and so many missed opportunities. I've been in situations where I had to rely on the kindness of strangers for food, transportation, and even shelter, and I was frequently blown away by the generosity some people showed me - even though I was obviously struggling, that period of my life really did a lot to bolster my faith in the fundamental goodness of others. And yes, out of the thousands of people I talked to, most of them said no to whatever I was asking for, especially when I was requesting that they allow a stranger into their car or home (it seems that trust of strangers is at an all time low these days), but even those experiences helped me get over my fear of rejection - being in a position where you're basically forced to rely on strangers for help will do that very quickly and effectively, as one might imagine, haha. And I assume that by the end of this series, you'll have achieved a similar effect. Keep it up, very cool idea!

Wow, that's a really great story, thanks for sharing! I hope things got better for you. I am glad to hear that you don't have a fear of rejection anymore. Once a fear of rejection is gone, the world becomes a lot more friendly. Strangers aren't monsters, we're all people, it's not as scary as we all think. Also, I have always found that you learn things the quickest when the pressure is turned on, so I wouldn't be surprised if you're way more immune to fear of rejection than I ever will be, even after 100 days of it. I'm glad you got good perspective from your experiences.

Actually love this series last episode you got surprised and this episode you got surprised and still got rejected. Teaching everyone here that it’s literally just another person.

A couple ideas I came up with that you're free to use:
    1. Going into a fast food restaurant and asking just for a to-go bag (ex. like a Happy Meal box)
    2. Offering to sweep an aisle in a store if you can find a messy one (don't make the mess though lol)
    3. Asking a stranger if they want to hear a joke. I'm thinking like a joke you'd find in a pun book or a cute knock-knock joke.

This randomly popped up on my feed, but I like the concept of your vids, so I subbed. You should try reselling soda out of an ice box for $2 as a challenge.

This was a good one! You could ask someone to trade something with you. Like find someone else with a hat and ask to trade hats.

I think this is what rejection therapy is all about bro. Youve tried something that no usual person would try, and you got something you never expected. What is the chance some random person lets you have a $1.50 soda for $1? And also, How many guys never ask a girl out because they fully expected a no, and missed out on a date?

Bruh, maybe try that at a small kiosk. The clerk gets in trouble if her register is wrong.

Depends where at my boss doesn’t care if the drawer is short on coins as long as we have 200$ in cash change he always just throws us rolls when we are low on coins. Never counts em so if customers a lot of them students come by I always discount them if they come up short
