"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!"
Boysie: *explains louder*
I love this video but the end bit I didnt like, just like humans its unnatural for a animal to be microchipped, theres no excuse for it we are gods temples even if u dint believe that its so unnatural to have unnatural things in our body like that(its not just so owners can get them back, thats what collar trackers are for.....theyre testing them out on animals and warming humans up to it so when the time comes humans will also take them(mark of the beast)
@@jmcc8718 but here's the thing. Animals, especially pets, need to be microchipped because it'll be better in the long run. If Boysie is outside and gets Yoinked by someone else, and he's not microchip, the dude wouldn't be able to get his cat back because "I don't see a collar on him" or "he's not microchipped".
@Jesus Walks If a cat gets lost and someone calls Animal care, he goes to a killer shelter and without microchip they can't find the owner and would euthanise him. Jesus?
@@jmcc8718 wait a second... Just let me Pin your opinion also on the Cross
@@jmcc8718 Are you for real? A microchip provides TWO invaluable assets: 1) it provides the return to the an OWNER of a lost animal; and 2) it PROVES ownership of the animal, the RIGHTFUL owner, so no one can steal the animal then claim it as their own. The claim a small microchip is "unnatural" is as weak as it comes🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️....

I love how this guy's relatively deep voice goes up three octaves every time he's talking to Boysie
It happens to every cat owner lol I do the same, suddenly my voice gets extremely hight pitched when I talk to my cats
Its so cute
especially the part where boysie sat in the hut. His reaction was so cute.
Probably does the same for small kids also, helps dudes not sound as bad, there's a psychological reason behind it, but I cannae remember
I was always told that animals generally respond better to higher pitched voices. I don't know if there's any truth to that but that's how, as a male, I always approach animals.
the little "Yaaay!!" when they opened the door to Boysie made my heart melt.
poor Boysie jumps!
Me too. You know the man is going to adopt Boysie by the way he misses his absence. ❤
Cats have the power to walk into a strangers home and say "hey, I live here now"
And we’re eternally grateful when it happens. 🥰
That's literally what happened to us haha! We have a cat now! Same story as this
l have 2 home cats and use to have one black cat street cat then someone adopted it
More like ,
"Look at me, LOOK at me, lookatmeh, im the captain now"
That is so true. I have 3 female cats, all spayed. A neutered tom cat showed up at my house and just made himself at home with them. It took a while before he would let me pet him. Now he runs to the door wanting petted every time I open the door. I asked the neighbors if he belonged to anyone and no one claimed him. I guess someone moved off and left him and he went searching for a home.
Humans: "I guess he's no longer a stray."
Cat: "Retiring and adopting some humans was a good move."
@Video_ Knight 3 comments in a row.
Silly humans, you're not adopting a cat. The cat is adopting you. You just get the honor of taking care of him.
My cat thinks the same, cheeky puss!
ha. yup hes retiring
@@whyamigae9666 Phoenix the good boy, he’s lucky to find a home
My parents actually had this happen. My mother was leaving in the morning, opened the door, checked her stuff for a minute, and a cat walked up... meowed... walked in the house, and declared it home. He lived there a good 15 years, and was a fantastic cat.
That’s so cute 😊
A shy wild barn cat suddenly demanded in my house many years ago. I have always felt flattered!
About 35 years ago, I had an apartment with a sliding glass front door. One fine spring Saturday, I had the door open to get more air in, as there was a nice breeze. I was just laying down on the floor watching some TV, when a black cat just walked into my apartment looked at me, then jumped up on my couch, curled up and went to sleep. When he woke up, I gave him some tuna and a bowl of water. Even had him when I got married to my wife (almost 33 years ago), and he took to her like a duck to water. We had Sebastian (the name I gave him) for 15 years before he passed away. Miss him. But, now we have Creamsicle (orange tabby) as our third family member.
@@antonbruce1241 My parents had the same thing. We had a door open, and a cat just walked in, and like planted a flag. And he was the best cat for my parents.
Had this happen when I was a kid. Stray orange cat just wandered into our shop (we lived in the deep countryside) and no neighbors within a mile claimed him so we just took care of him a while. He eventually just left on his own, I don't think he was neutered and he didn't come into the home like our two other cats did, he just sort of lived in the shop.
Just a random tomcat living his best life.
Congratulations to boysie on adopting a human family! I know it can be a daunting task sometimes but he seems to be taking really good care of them
Well put..

I've taken in 3 stray cats in the past 15 years. The last one was pregnant with six kittens. Living with three adult cats and six kittens was absolutely chaotic. The little buggers get into everything. Down the loo, in the bath, up the inside of my trouser legs, up the curtains. All of this usually happened at two in the morning. I used to wake up and do a headcount. I've never laughed so much in my life.
When my cat had her 5 kittens living here I had to a headcount before using the washing machine.
Thankfully all five grew up healthy before being adopted
is it safe to let a stray come inside your home if you already have a cat??
@@catadvocateNy I've never had a problem, they can be a bit hissy at first but I find if you feed both at the same time they will get on a lot faster.
@@donantonio5646 Not exactly. We live in a large Manor house with plenty of land. We have staff who help with cleaning, but cats are a very clean pet. Vacuuming all the shed fur is about the worst problem but even that's manageable.

There's a stray outside my house that my cat seems to be friendly with through the screen door. Id let them know each other a bit before letting the visitor in.

That’s the thing about cats. People don’t adopt cats, cats adopt people.
Yeah. Cats love asserting dominance.

Yeah there are stories of cats abandoning their old family cause they get a dog or a child is added to the family. They will look for a situation they like better sometimes lol

I’m jealous. I’ve been feeding a stray kitten in my neighborhood and I’ve been trying to take him in for weeks now. Didn’t hear from his for about two weeks and today my wife and I saw him again! We’re hoping we can get his trust and give him a good home
patience
Has he come home to you yet? I hope so but if not his relationship with you is on his terms so just love him and respect that, doing for him what you can and fill his needs. Don't give up on him. We have a few cats like that.
Update!!!
We have on of those too. It took us over a year to earn his trust. On day he came to us seriously injured, probably from a fight, we took him to the vet and since that day he never left.
you can put food inside a bag and trap him there and bring him home
That moment when Boysie realised that he was welcome in this HUGE, warm, safe, comfortable place with people who treated him kindly, gave him treats, fed him and took care of any medical issues he'd ever have to worry about must have been such an amazing relief, realising that after eating he DIDN'T infact have to leave until next time.

This warms my heart - Boysie looks like a great little guy!
I rescued a cat (a 'stripy bob' as I refer to them - wonderful tabby cats) about five years ago and he was the most terrified cat I've ever seen. He hid under my wardrobe for the first four weeks and only came out at night and when we were out (we had set up a webcam so we could see what he was up to). It took him about twelve weeks to eventually build up the courage to come out of his shell - and even longer before he would fully trust me because he seems to have a trust issue with human males - but now, five years later he's the cuddliest, friendliest little dude. Very demanding of cuddles and food, though - he rules the roost.

Happened to elderly neighbours of my parents. This 'stray' cat suddenly showed up. Came by every day, got fed, hang around, sometimes stayed over night (esp. on cold days). Later they found out it was a neighbours cat that 'walked out' from it's original home when they had 2 little children (and the cat was elderly) and it bacame too much for him. They all had a chat and Mikesh lived his free life, fed and loved by everyone. RIP Mikesh

Cats (and animals in general) can sense who are good people, and act accordingly. That's why you see a lot of these types of videos where cats seem to choose their owners at seeming random, but in reality they have that sixth sense of people who are good at heart.

Boysie is friendlier than my Biskit that I've had for 11 years. If I pet him too long, he growls and tries to bite me. I have to watch my back as he will attack my legs from behind. That's so what cat's are about 🐈
as you are, so are you.
Dammit. How are you here aswell??
I adopted a stray like that called Larry. He is a very handsome big black tom cat. Such a nice personality too.. He used to come to our house for food every few weeks for about a year. Then he got a horrific neck injury so I caught him and took him to the vets. They operated and I had to keep him in our upstairs bathroom for 2months and clean his wound twice daily...We bonded !! He didnt growl at me once. What a lovely cat. Everyone in my family loves Larry.
This story should inspire people to better understand how when we show a stray cat we want to help, the cats accept our gift and when we feed them a secure environment builds their trust and a relationship stems from that. If you continue the relationship with more caring and really treat your cat as family their definitely is a bond. LOVE.
Thank you for loving Larry and giving him such a good home! Hunni Bun says "Meow" to Larry, from Memphis, TN!
@@lilitharam44 (: Thanks alot (from Ireland)

My cat Cirmi likes this.
The entire family reacting so happily to seeing cute little Boysie coming back made my day 🙏🏼 I wish everyone could be full of such good ☺💜
They always check the block for opps. Then they settle once it's clear. I love all my cats, all 4 were strays.
Thats how we got our cat. He moved in.
Yeah, happen to me several times, they just choose you and refuse to leave, meowing around house until you start feeding them and let them in..
🥰🥰
Dogs: "They pet me, they feed me, the care for my every need. They must be gods!" Cats: "They pet me, they feed me, they care for my every need. I must be a god!"
haha
😂 genius.
@@vanderslagmulders Sadly, not mine though. I read it somewhere and it made me laugh. Plus I think it's true!
@@theophrastus3.056 mvp for saying that it wasn’t your original idea im leaving a like
@@reesesfan I appreciate that. Since neither of us invented that saying, and we both like it, we're on equal footing!
Man this is so wholesome. Bless you guys! Cats deserve better lives, particularly the stray ones, the abandoned ones etc...
The cat adopted a new family. Good cat.
I adopted my neighbors 18 year old cat that they left outside for dead. He's a sweet kitty.
Damn your cat is so old how is he still alive?? (no hate)
@@bengal6825 good food and lots of love
@@crimsonstang nice
Thank you for taking of him..
Twice in my life I took in cats that I believe were abandoned. Normally I'm not a pet person tho
Sweetest cat 🥰😍
Yup
We have a cat who lives next door he does exactly the same cries at the door comes in gets his treats receives some love 😸 then goes home again 😻
Look at the thumbnail
Don't tell the others!
@Edward Delgado your not the one that sold the cat, so you wouldn’t know if it was actually mean.
He's such a sweet boy .. OMG ❤
WELL DONE! We have 4 rescued cats, so it's great to see someone taking such time & care over this one!
He is so cute. Love the size of his big fat head.
Kitties with oversize heads, are like kryptonite.
That kitty’s head is so fat, it barely fits through the door.
Ughh... cuteness.
💖
His reaction when they open the door to him was priceless.
He definitely has a Stewie Griffin head, and I’m here for it.
I assume Boysie got fixed when he went to get microchipped..his head may go down in size a little due to less free testosterone in his system. It happened with my beloved boy and other (former!) tom-kitties we got fixed in our development. Either way, Boysie is a handsome, fortunate sweetie pie!!!
@@leticiabromley6013 i call em testosterone cheekies lol
I cried a lil' when Boysie finally returned and they were excited to see him. Not because the people were happy, but because the cat received such a loving welcome back.
So both lol

I love how intuitive cats are. They can sense if you're a good person or not and can turn on the charm to get what they want ( a warm bed and food!). clever sods
"Hes the sweetest softest little boy, he's so polite." I started crying, thats so lovely!
I did too!🥲
@MrLazyBones being nice doesnt equate to being soft. Thats whats wrong with people like you.
