just a suggestion as well make the usb you are making drive letter X or Z so it dosnt conflict with other drives or things you plug in at later time because it can really mess up the pathing in retrobat.

Can we play ps2 or wii emulator on usb

I haven't tried the wii but ps2 should yes. I'll check it out . Keep in mind need a powerful USB.
