I did the inversion method for a week and it worked well for me, wanted to watch a bunch of videos on it to find out if I could do it everyday or if there was a reason people say one week a month, thanks for mentioning why! Makes a lot of sense and I’ll make sure to not overdo it, I easily get headaches so I definitely shouldn’t do it everyday the whole month.
I used coconut oil, vitamin e oil and castor oil. My hair was VERY damaged from dying it pink but when I did this my hair grew about 1/2 inch! (my hair usually grows 1 inch in 4 months)
Great video again! I've done the inversion method a few times. I get almost an inch every time. Only difference is I invert all the way.

I've done this before in the past. And as far as I know I think you are supposed to invert your head below ur heart. Like laying upside down on a couch or bed. Blood circulation can only be manipulated when body parts are elevated above or inverted below the 💓

I do the avacado and coconut oil they sell at Walmart. I just do it one day once a month because it seems to help my scalp and hair growth. One thing I wanted to try out is they say, if you make a paste with baking soda and water. If you put that on your scalp, I don't know the routine, but that's supposed to make your hair grow like incredibly. So was hoping to see you try that one out I've done it a couple times, but I didn't really research it or anything like that, and then I just rinsed with Organic apple cider vinegar for a conditioner. In the holistic health world, that's always recommended as it working.
