You will need:
3 eggs
1/4 cup or more of olive oil :amzn.to/2YvfkdI

Joioc moisture recovery shampoo and conditioner: amzn.to/2SpZT2O
Mix eggs and olive oil. Apply to scalp and hair. *Put on a plastic cap. *Let sit for up to an hour. Rinse egg mixture in cool water. *Shampoo and condition your hair. *Towel dry hair. *Apply coconut oil to scalp. *Massage scalp for 4 minutes. *Place plastic cap on hair. *Put a t-shirt or towel on to catch the drips. *Let sit overnight. *Shampoo and condition hair. *Style as usual. *Enjoy your longer hair!!

Hey Tamika did you say 3 eggs and a 1/4 of Olive Oil? And I can do this every night or once a week or every two weeks? My hair is really really short, SOFT and CURLY OR COILY and THICK HAIR. I did the big chop of my hair back in August 31st 2020. And in August 31st 2022 and I am struggling with getting my hair to grow back longer, faster, softer, healthier, beautiful, gorgeous, prettier, manageable, touchable, split ends, dryness, DULLNESS, COMBABLE, UNBREAKABLE,, BRUSHABLE, SHINELESS, GLAMOUROUS, moisturizers, Volumerize STIFFNESS, FULLER, THICKER, STRONGER, strengthening, brittleness, CURLIER, bouncier and brightness, texterize and breakages and thinning hair growth. I mixed wheat germ oil, coconut oil and lavender oil warmed it up and did the inversion method and after 4 minutes of inversion, I sat up and minutes later at the top of my head I had 2 inches of new growth. .Unbelievable!

I used this method. I mixed olive oil and eggs;left it on my hair for 30 minutes then I left coconut oil on my hair overnight and IT WORKS,TRUST ME.And I have really messed up hair so I was surprised that it worked.

Hey @Simply Tamica, I did this and my hair actually grew half inch! I replaced the Olive oil with Castor oil and I used coconut oil I bought that was already melted and it actually f***ing worked! I'm amazed and I use this method every 2 weeks as a substitute for my relaxed hair treatment and I must say, it works better for me than the actual treatment from the relaxer kit! Overall, my hair grew an entire inch! Thanks soo much!

This is the 3rd video I've seen demonstrating this method. Egg is rich in biotin, although its protein molecules are too big to penetrate the hair shaft. Plus a nourishing carrier oil like grapeseed, olive, avocado or castor would further nourish the follicles. Perhaps the coconut oil, which has smaller molecules to penetrate the hair shaft with lauric acid would reduce protein loss. I was wondering why this process works. I think it's because high concentrations of egg biotin, sulfur, and vitamin e go straight into the follicle, the coconut oil strengthens the fibers and attaches to the proteins. What are your thoughts as to why this works?

I hear you and it is interesting that she is focusing in on the scalp which is where hair comes through. We often fail to focus on that part because we are so passionate on the result for the result if that makes sense to you. But I wonder if she put water on her scalp before she applied the ingredient, would it have been more effective or not? Since water opens our pours allowing products to go underneath the exterior? When most things work from the interior or root. That is one of the reasons why we are learning to use water first which is crazy to realize it so late, since a lot of older people have been saying this so long, if they even comprehended their words to this extent. If you ever heard "don't bathe and go straight out because your pours are still open." Said in times where shelters are supposedly more sophisticatedly built, people tend to spend alot of their time and energy in, while not really paying attention to the imbalance they are creating in themselves and the atmosphere. Even the idea that so many was mixing water with grease to put on the hair or even how the hair is wet with product before heat is applied ......the idea that certain women of color is figuring out their hair to growth and other possibilities is more then just vanity to me. I believe that everything is for a reason and am learning that depending on what you are listening to; is what you'll hear and see. I don't think that science really determines those many simple facts that can be known through our own being if we have the right heart and are truly paying attention.
Castor oil is not good if you have thick hair... Castor oil makes your hair thicker.

Yes this works to grow hair fast. I normally use eggs, mayo , and olive oil. I find when I use avocado and olive oil it grows a little longer. I never wash it out with shampoo I always wash my hair with shampoo first then put the mixture in. I use plain warm water and then I follow up with three minute miracle from Aussie or any moisturizing conditioner and rinse with cold water. You do not need to use shampoo, trust me. if you do not like the smell the conditioner will help with that. Eggs strip the moisture from the hair so shampoo is not needed.
Mayo is made of Eggs & oil. So basically you're just using a double amount of mayo on your hair.

don't go outside in the sun. when you mix the egg and the grapes end oil together and put it in your hair only have it in your hair for an hour and wash it out and then apply the coconut oil in your hair and leave in over night and wash out the next day and it will have grown

Because it doesn’t work on short hair that’s why it works on long hair because if you think about it the longer you’re hair is the oil is weighing your hair down so it’s pulling your hair down more so the oil is pulling more hair out of your scalp it’s the same thing as the Inversion Method.

I am so using this on my daughter, she got her hair with scissors one day. i was able to handle it but growing it back faster and more healthy would be nice her hair is so fine and thin right now because she is still little.

Hey Tameka, I'm not trying to be Debbie Downer to anyone. However, what it does is weigh your hair down making it look like it has grown. The way you would really know is measure and then shampoo, then measure it again. I have a product that has a bunch of oils in it. So I use stuff like this too. I don't want to upset anyone just wanted to give this info.😊
It was actually longer than 19 1/2 inches. The chair she was sitting in at the end kept you from seeing her actual hair length. It does work!!!

Yes, I tried the steps from your video and it really works. In my opinion people who uses ur method just have to continue to follow the steps every week or every other week so he/she can really see the outcome. If you notice the video at the beginning, it was already 19.5 inches. So, therefore, no hair growth. However, eggs are good for the hair as they strengthen the hair which will promote hair growth over time, but not overnight.

I Had a bob cut. I Did this about 6 months!! Now my hair are near my breast. Sorry for my english i am greek. my grandemother did this in her hair before 50 years in the village. a few years ago there was a method called the green house methid nd it worked wonders. thats all this is. ifk if anyone else remember but thats what this is just with eggs. its the ivernight process tht mke this beneficial.

It didn’t grow over night.. the hydration altered the follicle state. the hair itself simply decompresses which is what rendered an “overnight growth spurt”.
