      The Bible says:
      1 Thessalonians 5:4-8
4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that the day would overtake you like a thief; 5 for you are all sons of light and sons of day. We are not of night nor of darkness; 6 so then let us not sleep as others do, but let us be alert and sober. 7 For those who sleep, do their sleeping at night, and those who get drunk get drunk at night. 8 But since we are of the day, let us be sober, having put on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet, the hope of salvation.
Followers of Jesus are of the light. They are of the day, not in darkness.
It is those who are in darkness that his coming will be like a thief it the night.

There is no pre-tribulation rapture. Matthew 24:29-31 and Mark 13:24-27, the words of Jesus Himself "Immediately after the tribulation". This is when the saints are gathered to Him. Nowhere in scripture contradicts His words, for He is the Word and cannot lie. He would not have given us the book of Revelation if we were going to be taken before then, it was given for the church to know and to prepare themselves, why would the Word tell us what the antichrist will be like and what he will do if not as a warning to us to not be deceived by the antichrist.

John introduced himself in Revelation 1:9 as our brother in the tribulation and he lived in the age of grace and won't be on earth during last 7 years. This is simply not the case. The bible says in Ephesians 2:8-9, that we can’t get to heaven through works such as baptism or being good, etc, but only through the grace of god and his Simms death. Yes, this is correct. When the fifth seal is opened we see the tribulation saints who have been martyred being told to wait until their fellow servants be killed just as they were.
9And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
10And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
11And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.
There is a lot of confusion between the tribulation period and the wrath period. The tribulation period including the 'great tribulation' happen before the coming of Christ. The dispensing of God's wrath will begin after the coming of Christ. If you read Revelation you will see that the coming of Christ happens when the sixth seal is opened and if you read on down you will see that this is day of Christ's wrath on unbelievers.
      15And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
16And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
17For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
If you read on you will see the full compliment of the tribulation saints are gathered in heaven
14And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
15Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.
After the coming of Christ and the rapture of the saints. The seventh seal is opened.
It is only then that the seventh seal is opened and the dispensing of God's wrath begins with the trumpet judgements and followed by the bowls of wrath.
The church will not be on this earth whilst the wrath of God is being poured out on this earth. Even the graves of the saints will be emptied.
The wrath of God begins to be dispensed when the seventh seal opened after the full compliment of the tribulation saints are gathered in heaven
So, the church will go through the tribulation but we will not be here on this earth whilst God's wrath is being dispensed.

“And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.” (Matt. 8:26)
O ye of little faith, why would anyone who truly believes in Christ fear the tribulation or even death for that matter? To live is Christ to die is gain (Philip. 1:21). Don’t you have the Holy Spirit, the seal of God (Eph. 1:13) in you? O ye of little faith!
Let’s keep this simple: First the word “rapture” is found nowhere in the Bible. So where does this theory come from? The misinterpretation of Matthew 24:36-41. Take a closer look.
Matthew 24:36-41 parallels Luke 17:26-37 (one taken, one left behind). In verse 17:37, the apostles specifically ask Christ where the ones being taken are going as it is written:
“And they answered and said to Him, “Where, Lord?” So He said to them, “Wherever the body is, there the eagles will be gathered together.” (Luke 17:37)
Now, based on Christ's answer, does this sound like anyone is being taken up into heaven? Nope! It sounds more like Jeremiah 7:33 where it is written:
"And the dead bodies of this people WILL BE FOOD FOR THE BIRDS of the air, and for the beasts of the earth, and none will frighten them away." (Jer. 7:33).
Christ’s answer also sounds like a verse in the Book of Revelation where it is written:
"Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, “Come and gather together for the supper of the great God, that you may EAT THE FLESH of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and THE FLESH OF ALLL PEOPLE, FREE AND SLAVE, BOTH SMALL AND GREAT” (Rev. 19:17-18)
To simplify the teaching if you still don’t get it, just read Matthew 13 explains it best (it’s the same story; the parable of the wheat and the tares). Who is taken first? Or read Psalm 37, it is self-explanatory.
Christ said upon his return it would be like the days of Noah for a reason. Who was taken and who was left behind? The evil ones were taken away in the flood and Noah with his family (God’s chosen) were kept safely in the ark on earth.
We see the same scenario manifest with the plagues of Egypt in Exodus. The Egyptians were affected, the Israelites (God’s chosen) were protected by God and were not afflicted.
Again, in the fall of Jericho: Rehab and her family (those who helped God secure the victory) were kept in safety while the rest of the city was destroyed.
Again, in Sodom and Gomorrah: Lot and his family (chosen) were taken to a place of safety while the wicked ones in the cities were destroyed.
How many times does the Lord have to repeat himself? The world continues to look and look, but still can't see.
"The meek will inherit the earth" (Matt. 5:5).
One of the greatest problems with‬ ‪the rapture up to heaven theory is that heaven is not, and‬ ‪has never been, the reward of the‬ ‪saved. Christ said, “The meek shall‬ ‪inherit the earth” (Matt. 5:5).‬ The promise of the saved is eternal life (John 3:16). If you read the Bible for yourself like I did, you will find there isn’t one single Bible verse that says we “go up to heaven” (the throne of God). Not a single one!‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
“THEN the Son of Man WILL APPEAR, COMING in a cloud with great power and glory. WHEN these things BEGIN to happen, STAND UP AND RAISE YOUR HEADS, BECAUSE YOUR SALVATION IS NEAR.” (Luke 21:27-28)
Christ said clearly, “raise your heads because your salvation is near”. Everyone will still be on the earth! This is the 7th / last trumpet (1 Cor. 15:51-52). Christ tells us himself we will be on the earth at his return and the pre-trib rapture is a lie! Scripture can’t be broken (John 10:35). Christ said it and any true Christian should believe what Christ said, not the fabrications and inventions of men or their “eisegesis”. There is no room for debate with the word of God as that would be complete and utter foolishness.
Christ already predicted the world would come up with the foolishness of the rapture up into heaven. In his own statement of fact, Christ NEVER advocated the rapturing of His followers out of the world to be taken up to heaven for it is written:
“I DO NOT ASK YOU TO TAKE THEM OUT OF THE WORLD, but I do ask you to KEEP THEM SAFE from the Evil One.” (John 17:15) How clear!
Doctrine must come from the Word of God, NOT the teachings of men!
Are you going to continue to believe in false teachings or the word of God?
Repent for the kingdom of God is near!

    Are You Ready?
The belief and teachings that no one may know the day of the Rapture or the day of the Second Coming [2nd Advent] have to be incorrect because the Lord Jesus declared that he had foretold ALL things and that ALL would be revealed and that ALL would be known: 1. “ . . . for there is nothing covered that shall not be revealed; and hidden, that shall not be known” (Mt. 10:26). 2. “For there is nothing hidden, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come [to light]” (Mk. 4:22). 3. “But take heed; behold, I have foretold you all things” (Mk. 13:23). 4. “For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hidden, that shall not be known and come [to light]” (Lk. 8:17). 5. “For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hidden, that shall not be known” (Lk. 12:2). 6. “ . . . I spoke openly to the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, where the Jews always resort; and in secret have I said nothing” (Jn. 18:20). How could ALL be foretold and ALL be revealed, and ALL be known, if no one may know the day of the Rapture or the day of the Second Coming [2nd Advent] to earth by the Lord Jesus Christ?
The first man to never die physically was Enoch (Gen. 5:22-24; Heb. 11:5-6). The second man who never physically died by being “snatched out” was the prophet Elijah (2 Ki. 2:1-11). The Parable of the Ten Virgins (Mt. 25:1-13) describes two groups of people who are unaware of the soon return of the bridegroom [the Lord Jesus] for his bride [the Church] (2 Cor. 11:1-2). Some event will cause them not only to awake from their sleep, but to get up and go out to meet Him (Isa. 17:1). Thus, no one will be quoting Matthew 24:36 or Mark 13:32 just prior to the Rapture. The fig tree is a symbol used in Scripture that refers to the nation of Israel. God, Himself, used figs as a symbol for Israel in a parable recorded in Jeremiah 24:1-2, 4-10. In a parable told by Jotham to the men of Shechem that is recorded in Judges 9:7-15, trees were used to symbolize the men of Israel who had gone forth to anoint a king. The disciples knew that fig trees leafed out in late spring, near the beginning of summer (Mt. 24:32; Mk. 13:28). Thus, when the “fig tree begins to bloom” [the nation of Israel reborn], they should know that summer, His 2nd Advent, to planet Earth, is “near at hand” (Lk. 21:29-30). After more than 2,500 years Israel once again became a sovereign nation when she was reborn on May 14, 1948, fulfilling the first sign the Lord Jesus had given. The vast number of Jewish men [trees] who returned to their ancestral homeland afterward fulfilled the second sign. “This generation shall not pass away, till all these things be fulfilled,” declared the Lord Jesus. The generation that will witness His 2nd Advent to earth began with the rebirth of the nation of Israel on May 14, 1948. Since we are now in the year 2024, this must be a generation of eighty years (Ps. 90:10), which will end with His 2nd Advent to planet Earth on the Feast of a Day of Atonement [Yom Kippur] on 9/30/28. The prophetic significance of the third and last harvest feast of the year, Trumpets, will be fulfilled with the Rapture on 10/4/2024 (Jn. 4:35; 1 Cor. 15:51-57; 1 Th. 4:13-5:11; 2 Th. 2:1, 3; Ti. 2:13; Rev. 22:7, 12, 20)! We are now living in the beginning of sorrows (Mt. 24:4-8). The number of hours in a day will be reduced to 16 by God increasing the rotation of planet Earth (Mt. 24:22; Mk. 13:20; Rev. 8:12)! The wars between Israel and Hamas and then Hezbollah will end with the nuclear destruction of the city of Damascus (Ps. 83; Isa. 17:1). Israel will then have a sense of peace and safety and remove her walls. Russia and her Islamic allies will then invade Israel and attack the USA (Ezek. 38 & 39). God will protect Israel. The total destruction of its three holy sites, by Israel, will cause the demise of Islam. A full explanation of all that is referred to in this missive may be read on www.endtimewarnings.org. Maranatha!

It is a false doctrine to preach that we can know the day or the hour. God can come at any second without setting a time. To teach that we will know ahead of time when exactly the Rapture will happen is a false teaching. Beware of false prophets. If they will lie about this important issue, what else will they lie about. Be ready to go at any second.

The rapture is an erroneous doctrine. It was never preached before 1830 by John Darby of the Plymouth Brethren. The teaching lingered in obscurity until 1909 when Cyrus Schofield embraced it and promoted it in the notes of what we know today as the Schofield Bible. It remained a minority viewpoint for several decades, but after World War II and Israel becoming a state in 1948, the teaching really took off. One of the driving forces of that was the Dallas Theological Seminary, which is a big proponent of dispensationalism. Jesus did promise to return. He will return. When he does, we believers will be caught up (harpazo) to meet him in the air. Nobody knows the day nor the hour.

    • @davidsykes8371
      @davidsykes8371 Před 4 měsíci +5

The rapture is taught in the Bible. Several verses refer to the rapture of believers. There are two returns of Jesus- we meet him in the air, and his feet touch down on the Mount of Olives. They are separate events.
      1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 KJV
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: [17] Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
      1 Corinthians 15:51-52 KJV
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, [52] In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
      Zechariah 14:2-4 KJV
For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. [3] Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. [4] And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
      Titus 2:13 KJV
      Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
      Revelation 19:7-9 KJV
Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. [8] And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. [9] And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.
The Rapture of the church is described in terms like a Jewish wedding. I believe the church is raptured before the Tribulation and then we return with Christ Jesus at the end of the Tribulation, as part of a Heavenly army.
      Revelation 19:14-16 KJV
And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. [15] And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. [16] And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

There are only 2 destinations & the one that most people believe they will achieve is only going to accept those who have faith that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth & the Life. None of us are worthy of heaven because we're all sinners. But God so loved the world that He sent His Son to die for us (John 3:16).
