Did you learn something from watching that?
Lando Norris has an insight this way into how Max uses the throttle and brake while racing. Because when they race together then (Lando's channel) Max always has the camera pointed at his feet.
Need to watch these 3 times, once for line, once for steering input, once for pedals.
Will Max cause an upset on Sunday?

The only way I can see Max causing an upset this weekend is if he doesn't Grand Slam it. I think, by now, he's expected to win.
PS.: Weird to see he's driving with MPH telemetry. I know he wouldn't care since speed is speed, but still ... remarkable.
No upset I think. Different altitude, different compound. Circumstances are better suited to Mercedes.
If nothing strange happens on Saturday, I'm expecting the good old HAM-VER-BOT.

You can tell they film these at the beginning of the season. This was filmed before Oracle was a sponsor this year. If it was recent Oracle would have been on the shirt.

I don't think the simulator took into account Hamilton missing the apex by a mile and ramming Max into the wall, rendering himself with no real contender for the race win.

That was such bullshit. He's taken out people before being a sore loser, but at 180 mph?!! Shit, he almost did Charles in at the same corner too..
Have you ever driven a racing car on fresh tires, and with full fuel load? It is very hard to take an apex at that point of the race especially after Max forced Hamilton such little room on the inside. The problem was Max was just focused on being aggressive and assuming Lewis would back out. Lewis on the other hand had already been scrapping with Max, earlier on Max had even gone off track to stay ahead of Lewis. So when you come up to a corner that has to be litterally owned otherwise you will lose the race you will see a fight. If Max was as great as they say he is, he would have known Lewis was going to struggle. He sees Lewis on his inside and momentarily stops turning, but he then continues to turn the wheel into the trajectory that Lewis is on. The smart move would have been to let Lewis have some more room and he would then be still taking part in the race. Max made a rookie mistake at Silverstone, take it on the chin and learn from it. This is Max's biggest weakness in his driving, he still needs to grow up, mature and adapt. Aggression make take you a long way in racing but you have to be able to adapt it for different situiations.

@@jjss1161 Its clear that you don't know anything about motorsport or never watched the race. Hamilton never made a reckless lunge, he was clearly alongside Verstappen and both wanted the corner. Just hope Verstappen and Horner don't cry like two little school girls again if things don't go their way in Hungary. It was great for the sport to see the rivalry on the first lap but don't cry about it for weeks after just because things didn't go your way on the track. It's called racing, not Max owns the track. 🤣

The accident at the race last weekend was an intentional hitjob with the excuse of negligence. It's not just Lewis who should be held responsible but also Mercedes for putting a driver like that on the track! It's much like the same logic as auto insurance, if you let someone borrow your vehicle then you are still responsible what they do with that vehicle, else you should have not put that driver on the road. I agree!
