    Hi Judge Gently - I just found you on You Tube and are so grateful for your video. I am so sure that the Father helped me today to find you, so that I can get healed. I am from Swaziland. I have H. Pylori for 4 months and had over active thyroid for 1year and six months. My thyroid is now a 11 and struggle now with the pylori. I have lost now in Feb 5.5kg. But believe me I am going to make your soup today. This pain and bloating and a lot of gas have to go now. It makes me feel like getting a hart attack, and let my heart beet fast some days. YOU CAN EAT ORGANIC AT LOW COST! if you can't find or afford organic foods you can soak them in apple cider vinegar with water completely covering the food for about 10 min before cooking it, it helps extracting the pesticides and insecticides (: also if you have a health food store near by ask them if they sell organic foods in bulk , it is way cheaper I buy 5 to 10 plds at the time and it end up being 50 c to $1 a pound!!! If you can't store it you can also get a few friends to buy it with you spit the cost and the amount of food (: I have done it for years and saved tones of money and I have a family of 6 and we eat mainly organic foods, u can also buy it online if u don't have a health food store near u! Make sure you research haw to store the food if u buy in bulk or it will go bad rather quickly!

      Hi. Thank U for watching and I'm very happy you're feeling better. I've heard that the lining of the stomach heals pretty fast nevertheless, I would say don't rush it. It really just depends on U and how U feel. If U had acid reflux and it has now stopped and, if your pain's gone then you're probably safe to slowly start incorporating some of those foods U luv and miss back into your diet (remember, beef creates more acid in the stomach than chicken and fish). But, don't take my word for it only, check with your doctor or health practitioner. Also, have U been tested for H. Pylori? Many people with ulcers also have H. Pylori bacteria. Blessings!

      Hi. Yes, turkey is a great idea. The only meat I tell people to steer away from is "red"--U know, like beef and pork. They create acid in the stomach. With the veggies, U can use your imagination. Brussel sprouts are good. U can also add pinto beans to make things interesting. Blessings!

    • @ImagineChristianity
      @ImagineChristianity  Před 4 lety +1

      Hello. Putting Miso in this soup is a very bad idea since it's made from soy and H. Pylori bacteria feeds on soy. When I was diagnosed with H. Pylori soy was one of the first foods I stopped eating. If U are vegan or vegetarian and want to avoid chicken or fish then I suppose beans could be used for protein. By doing that U will make an already bland soup even more bland, me thinks. Personally, I don't believe there is anything wrong with eating fish (wild caught), chicken, and lamb in moderation. I always try to avoid beef, though. Blessings!

    I'm confused about the acid issue. It's my understanding that low stomach acid likely caused the bacteria to take hold in the first place. We need an acid stomach to digest food and again, it's my understanding that reflux is actually caused by low acid. I've experimented with this and taken HCl when I've had reflux and it worked.
    More of what I'm understanding about H. Pylori is that the bacteria will drill holes in the stomach wall to get out of the acid environment and then emit an ammonia into the stomach making it more alkaline so it can then live in and proliferate in the stomach.
    At the moment, the only thing that doesn't bother my stomach is animal products. That includes red meat, raw milk, raw milk cheese and butter. Oh and kefir. Of course I would like to eat more things without my stomach going into spasms or feeling nauseous.
    Either way, good idea for a recipe and thank you for sharing it. I enjoy listening to you talk. You have a calm and friendly way about you. And your Cali cat...so adorable. We had a Cali once. I love kitties.

      Try squash soup. I have a recipe that's helping me, does 2 bowls: 100g butternut squash, 2 cloves garlic, teaspoon of powdered ginger (or about an inch in diameter, 6mm thick piece of raw ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, tablespoon of chia seeds, tiny squeeze of lemon. (Blend, add water as needed, heat, enjoy).
      You are correct about the acid. You can increase it pre-meal with a small glass of FILTERED water, with 1-2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar, and a splash of fresh lemon juice (drink through a straw about 10 mins before the meal). What's also helping me is broccoli sprout supplement, and cranberry supplement, and deglycyrrhizinated licorice.
      P.s. h Pylori love carbohydrates, so reduce the intake (they also like fibre, so that too). I hope you get healthy!

    • @ImagineChristianity
      @ImagineChristianity  Před 5 lety +1

      Hi. I understand your confusion. All I can tell U is what worked and didn't work for me. John M, in his reply below, talks about turmeric, lemon juice, and cranberry. When I had an ulcer and H. Pylori those type of "foods" made me sick as a dog. But, non-acidic foods (like my soup) seemed to promote healing. I can't explain it except to suggest that a lot of information out there is initiated by people who have no real experience with the topic but just pass on crap they read in a book. Blessings!

    Hi! I do not have any GERD or upper abdomen pain. Mostly, I feel bloated and uncomfortable towards the middle or sides of abdomen. I do not think the pain/dyspepsia is due to H.
