So there was no door handle or window crank but Ms. Harry said she reached through the window and opened the car from the outside. So the window must have been open... which would make no sense if the driver of the car had removed the crank to prevent any of his victims from escaping.
You mean "cracked open"? What, an inch or two? And she was able to get her hand and arm out of that "crack", reach down to the door handle, twist it open, and then fall out into the street?@@soundofhistory_
