It's Day 3 and finally, time to start digging into this CBR 300R and our first step is to get the engine that "blew up" on the highway removed from the frame so we can start the inspection process. The guys also find out that the bike had a few other surprises that the previous owner probably didn't know!

Just did a full engine refresh on a (basically barn condition) Honda PA50 "Camino". On those kind of bikes the engine literally is just bolted onto the frame by one bolt and the rear shock absorbers then a fuelhose, throttle cable and a couple electrical connectors to disconnect before the whole engine and rearwheel assembly is off the frame, took me an afternoon to clean everything and disassemble it all before splitting the engineblock to fit new bearings and such :)

I'm more on Brian's level of engine removal, removed mine, removed others, remove car engines too often. this was one of the easier ones, since you know, you could lift it yourself. as far as the new format, I'm good with this, as I don't need the filler from patreon as it's stuff I already know. I just want to see what broke in that engine.
