- Hi. Thank you to my first 100 subscribers and the great comments. It means a lot.
First runs with @ROCKETLongboards and really fun. I was nervous about using it because it felt sloppy, but i thank changing out the pivot cups ( đ @downhill254skate for the suggestion) made a difference. Plus getting use to the riptide footstop (đ @ChemTrailSkate for suggestion) made another plus.
The take away from today was taking it slower and the surprised the itâs now two sessions and a natural rear slide is happening. All fun.

You're doing great!
Nice carves brother you got it
With the Paris trucks put some Green Venom bushings in them, makes them nice and sturdy. Also Pats Risers have a Paris insert you can use to reduce slop in the truck. Lastly, start trying one handed slides like Colemans
Thank you. I by good coincidence - have green venoms in. I have risers in already and do have second set of Paris inserts -double up ok? I did get 2â screws just in case. Agree-I do need to work on single hand slides. Next session. đ€
Bro I had no idea paris inserts existed, thanks dude đ
@@d.p.l9623 All good, enjoy
@@d.p.l9623 thank you. Credit goes to @downhill254-he is the wealth of knowledge who is awesome at sharing.
Put screws into your deck so they just poke through your griptape every 1 3/4" along the back edge of your deck where your back foot toe goes and 2 screws around where the ball of the front of your foot is when it's pushed up against your toe stop . Trust.
Thank you. That has been a bit of struggle for consistent back foot guide/placement-makes sense.
Love seeing the progression man, pendys are looking a lot better
