Alright Matt, we have had AT&T Digital Life security for years and it has been fantastic. That said, AT&T are getting out of the home security game and are divesting that service; selling to another major home security player. I expect SimplySafe are a decent enough company as they do sponsor a gun channel. However, are they a good security company? I am willing to try them. So in a couple month's, I will report back on another video, that is, if there is a future video sponsored by SimpliSafe. Otherwise, there would be no point.

Anyone else imagine a post apocalyptic world where ammunition is scarce and air rifles are used?
Well we'll use both!!
Air rifle ammo is scarce right now. Have not been able to get .30 cal air rifle ammo here in New Zealand for over a year. Apollo brand is the only brand we have - but they do not fit my Hatsan Carnivore's breech. So I'm conserving the 90 or so JSB's I have left.

@@historiapoliticabellum6265 that is a real bitch. I'm lucky I also have a
.22 air rifle, and they are not in short supply. I really want to use the .30, but unfortunately I can not, unless I want to run out.
@@CadillacDriver I don't know the situation in your country. But in my country, the most used & available airgun pellet calibers is .177 & .22. And the biggest caliber few people have is .25. No man ever have their hand on bigger caliber than that. It is due to the heavily strict Gun Laws which include airgun & airsoft bow & crossbow which require a lot of things to be done before they can own one. While the law is permitting people to have ones, any caliber bigger than .177 & .20, we need a license which issued by the police.
The reason why .22 and bigger pellets is so scarce were due to few poeples have airgun of those calibers. While for the .177 , The scarcity reason of those Big brands pellets such as JSB,H&N, RWS & QYS is because those pellets is used heavily by competition shooters. Especially those from benchrest WRABF shooters, they are regularly used up 1 to 2 cans of those pellets in one single training. A month, they may use up to 4 or 5 can.
As someone who hunts almost exclusively with airguns, I'm always surprised when people are surprised by their power. I've been ripping groundhogs off of stumps at 200 yds with my .357 pcp for years now. They are a blast

I dont personally love PCP airguns where you have to fill them up after shooting. I bought a gamo 22. Caliber air rifle that's suppressed and has a magazine and I don't mind pumping it. That things power and accuracy is just as consistent as a real rifles, it hits right where I aim and ripped through a stainless steel cup, came out the other end (at point blank, dented/cracked it at 50 yards) I love airguns and im glad you're pushing attention toward them. It's a good alternative for hunting, shooting or trying something new/introducing someone to guns. And if you can't own guns legally you can still have tons of fun with air guns. And anyone can use them. It's awesome.
I have the Benjamin Bulldog .357, I shoot it more than my ARs now and my kids love training with it. Not to mention it is very accurate and will go through 3 2x4s. 100 rounds for $20 and i purchased a high pressure compressor with an extra storage tank so after all the initial cost (around $1000 before they started getting popular), they end up saving a lot of money and its easy to get beginners started that are sensitive to something that really kicks. My 6 year old daughter likes shooting the AR10 but definitely prefers the bulldog which does have the 5 round magazine.

This is the first time I have ever thought "okay yeah those have a lot of energy" the previous airgun videos made me feel like they just didn't have the power but these are crazy.
I haven't seen a semi or belt fed PCP gun nearly as powerful as a high performance 22LR round in a normal ruger 10/22.
They work, but the energy is minimal, 500 fps or so on the 22 and 30 caliber pellets

Helium at equal pressures will up velocity substantially however its expensive and not needed. If you was after absolute Max power levels if your running a 3600psi gun then run Helium at 3600psi and you will up velocity around 20% and remember energy runs at the square of velocity so you can develop MEGA energy levels with .50 or .70 cal air rifles.

PCP air guns are beast. I have a couple and I use my 25 caliber to squirrel 🐿 hunt. It works great and it also gives you the ability to to hear the round hit the target. You can tell if you hit or missed the animal because of the loud thwack when it hits. So awesome.
I regularly take squirrels with my Benjamin Armada .22. Serious impact sounds like a drum when you hit them in the guts. Still fairly humane too usually dead in less than a minute and no flopping around like a head shot. I typically go for the neck just behind the head or throat they're dead in less than 5 seconds. Hit one yesterday in the neck and he ran up a tree like it was nothing and came back down and hit the ground like a rock after 3 seconds dead before he hit the ground. Squirrels are pretty tough! This is a good demonstration of why air rifles deserve respect though.

Airguns have always been powerful, in Europe there's dozens of companies making airguns for hunting. In the UK there were companies in the 1800s making hunting airguns that had good power
Air guns have been around many years,I seem to remember reading that the Lewis and Clark expedition had an air gun along.
They had several. They were used to take decent sized game too.
It was the Girardoni Air Rifle, it was fairly powerful, and featured repeating fire capabilities, like a bolt action rifle. It was a marvel to the Indians Lewis and Clark visited, as they were familiar with muzzleloaders, but this rifle was significantly more effective in capacity than a one-shot powder gun. It shot a .46 caliber spherical bullet at 500fps, generating 117ftlbs according to google.

However, if you were to have to use a gun on someone in a SD situation, this airgun would do it with authority in one shot vs who knows how many you may have to take with the 9. It is almost the same exact thing as comparing a 9 to a 12 ga slug. No one in their right mind is going to claim the 9 is superior in stopping power.
It's about time someone with as much reach as you gave airguns the love they deserve.

@@Jon-Hamersky-Shooting dafuc? Dude, what are you on about?
The production has gotten much better since the last time I've watched
Best show yet.
I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR AGES! Especially when he got out the torso
Always wanted to see air rifles vs armour and other random stuff so, I hope he does that
Love the air gun review!! I’ve always been curious and would love to see more!
That's some good stuff, Mr. Goood stuff
13:42 What was that noice dude 🤣🤣
Thank you, Matt, for bringing us the best YT content around. Between Garand, Kentucky, and you I have more than enough great content to watch. And now you've got me into following the guys that work on your vehicles haha. Stay safe everyone
Dont forget brenden
@@captainrex6502 He's not my cup of tea, but, I can see how others would follow him.

Many thanks for one of the two very best weapon-related series on CZcams.
What the second?
That ping afterwards is the airtank doing its best tuning fork impersonation. My marauder did that. De-gas everything , take the air tank off and put a piece of silicon hose inside the same outside diaas the inside diameter of the tank. You may have to just cut a bigger piece to fit in there. Only need a 1 or 2 inch long piece to stop the ringing.
I love the realistic torsos
Thanks for sharing this. I had no idea an air gun could be so lethal!
I suppose it's all a matter of how you think of it
While this and a BB gun are both "airguns"
One could also argue a slingshot and a 100+ pound crossbow are both "elastic guns"
Airguns can actually do more damage because of their accuracy
Love ya Demo! Keep up the good work!!
Ahahahaha! So creative as always! Thanks for this video! The guns are soooo powerful
I loved that video! No way the air rifle is more powerful than the lung remover. I mean, have you seen how big those things are? I'm so grateful to have had such an excellent experience with Mighty 🥸 Travels 🤚🏾 Premium for the past year.

I shot the 58 caliber version but haven’t gotten the .72 cal slugs yet for that one :); these are a lot of fun!
I shoot some content for Utah Airguns and The Pellet Shop, as well as DonnyFL; they are all really great people!
@ShadowedText sorry, my writing wasn’t clear: I’ve shot the .58 cal version but haven’t gotten the .72 cal slugs for the .72 cal version :). I’ve got both to test and review but am still waiting for ammo.
@@TheDollarSportsman get your hands on the semi auto .45 and do a gel or ballistic head / torso test. Subbed
@@dackbowland1876 I have the bolt action HP Max in .45; took it to a competition for big bore shots :). It was slick!
Definitely want to get some of these gel heads/bodies (they’re just expensive 😆).
HEY MATT; I’ll bring the .357 and .45 cal guns to your place if you supply the gel.
Made my day!
