    I'll try to contribute some content since yours has been so helpful for me. Everything you said about the Google TPM process has been entirely accurate. Except I did two technical screens after initial recruiter steps , one for a TPM (Security focused) and one for Security Engineering (I had two role applications since you can do three with a referral). Very different questions for each, but all very technical. There was a long delay for the virtual onsite to get scheduled, they moved me to urgent on a friday, the following Wednesday night I was notified I was scheduled for that friday. The virtual onsite was mentally exhausting but everyone was cordial, polite and fair. The final feedback came back in one week, and I am on to "fit calls" / Team Matching. Three are scheduled over the next two weeks. All the information you have provided in your videos has been spot on, and very helpful. Thank you!

      Thank you for the comment and for confirming that everything here is accurate and lines up to your own recent experience!
      Over time, I'll update the description as each FAANG company adapts their hiring practices.
      I am sure this will help other candidates who get referred into multiple different roles -- you may go through multiple phone screens in parallel!
      Also the run-wait-run cycle on interview scheduling is unfortunately pretty standard as recruiters work to find the perfect intersection of your availability and the availability of interviewers. Good job being patient!

    Thank you so much, I am preparing for TPM interviews. Currently working for Apple on contract. Is there a chance to get a full time role in FAANG companies?

    • @CoachErika
      @CoachErika  Před rokem +1

      Hi! Of course there always is the possibility of getting a full time role. Often this depends on your team's needs and headcount, but I've seen (and have coached) many people going from TVC (temp / contractor / vendor) to full time roles! Go for it!

    Hi! I have a phone interview next week and will be speaking with a Technical or General Program Manager at Google. Do you by any chance know the 9 Role-Related Knowledge (RRK) Privacy questions?

    • @CoachErika
      @CoachErika  Před rokem

      There aren't 9 specific questions, in fact there are infinite possible questions because interviewers at Google get to invent their own questions!
      But Google Privacy TPMs use the same RRK as all other TPMs. You should expect some domain specific privacy questions as well.
