  • I encourage you at a minimum, to choose organic when it comes to the dirty dozen.
The following whole foods have the highest levels of multiple pesticides.
    Peaches, nectarines
    Grapes
    Strawberries
    Cherries
    Spinach
    Apples
    Brussel sprouts
    Cucumbers
    Tomatoes
    Apricots
    Lettuce
    Bean pods
Consuming these otherwise health promoting foods in a non-organic form can increase the risk of cancer, neurological disorders, hormone imbalance (PCOS, endometriosis), and reproductive problems (infertility, fetal death, birth defects).
That's why it's important to buy organic.
The only exception is if your are buying them from a trusted, local source that doesn't use pesticides. The benefits of the fruit or vegetables do not outweigh the toxicity of the chemicals.

It’s so great that the majority of the dirty dozen are the ones that I am not allergic to…. 😒. I have found I consume most of my organic produce frozen because it is more affordable than trying to buy fresh organic versions. (Typed that before I got to the part where you mentioned frozen. 😂)

Very interesting, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
