depends on how good of a communicator you are currently. if youre good at talking to people, prior 'sales job' experience doesn't matter. How do you ensure you’re paid? Contracts and tracking in software/funnel to close the deal?
typically the client pays you out weekly or biweekly for closed deals, which are tracked in the CRM

you do not need an LLC. Paypal is typically fine
