    What’s up flow! Gotta say you inspired me to instruct yoga on my own, I started with your yoga for men series and really got me to dive into the world of yoga much appreciation to you! In my class it says to find someone that you want to teach like I came from very similar background and interests. Can I ask any challenges you had when you first started? Being someone with stronger male energy how did you become more approachable? I feel over time through meditation It comes natural but maybe any other tricks you have for that? Thanks again man for your Chanel it’s done much for me.

      @BreatheAndFlow  Před 3 lety +12

      Thats a big question and not possible to answer in a comment. Most important is to know why you teach. Then stay true to your heart and authentic to what you teach. Teach only what you practice yourself. Develop a vision and work towards it every day, it should be crystal clear what 5 and 10 years look like for you, where you will be. And be patient, trust the process. Congrats on doing your 200h teacher training so that you can teach yoga in a safe way 🙏🏽

    Bre's t-shirt should say "You Got This!" I did this practice at 5:30am and this practice was amazing for that time (and state of body/mind). First time I ever did yoga in the early early morning.

    I have been following your videos from last 2 weeks. You have done complete justice to Yoga and meditation course.
    Am small recommendation to make some extended videos for meditation as I believe we should at least meditate for 2 hours in a day.
    Though I know it's difficult for everyone to follow but could be really helpful for those who need complete transformation.
    Vipassana guided meditation could be one option.

    • @BreatheAndFlow
      @BreatheAndFlow  Před 3 lety +7

      thanks for your input and sharing your opinion. two hours of meditation is not feasible for most people on youtube, who have regular lives, jobs and perhaps a family. in an ashram setting this is doable, which we have done for many weeks, however then you lack real world output and actions that benefit others and not only yourself. if you meditate for two hours a day, you also do not need videos. most advanced practitioners have a solid self practice and do not need guidance through videos anymore. we're happy if people even make 15 minutes time daily to meditate and will already reap a lot of benefits. we have created a meditation program for people to get started and to deepen their practice: czcams.com/play/PLBfRLLhSBb-CCuF4-_2HmiZnPAONsUvPY.html thanks for sharing your thoughts, enjoy your meditations 🙏

    I have a question about the forward bending pose: my legs hurt in this pose from stretching them out. Is that normal? I instead just moved my feet a bit more forward.... Until I just feel it slightly... I guess I'm just a little to tense?

      we're aware that is what the tradition says but what is your point? it originated in india and that should be honored? or how else would this information be helpful for someone that just started the practice and simply wants to feel better in their body and explore their mind to discover their true self?
