- This is one version of the morning routine yoga workout we do right after waking up. This includes elements of kinstretch/functional range conditioning (FRC) controlled articular rotations (CARs), stretching, energizing leg, core and upper body strength work as well as a moment of gratitude. It is changing slightly every couple of months but the key elements are always the same to wake up the body first thing before you get going. I've been doing this morning routine (adding up some other asana poses lately to it) since February this year, every morning, not a single day skipped, no matter where I've been. It helped me immensely in chaning my daily routine. I've found out I'm really much more productive in the mornings and the best thing is it has thought me discipline. I've started doing (consistently) the things I love. Such an awesome video, thank you Flo!

I've been doing this for couple of days every morning and I truly feel amazing after. My body is mobile and warm, I also love the little meditation for gratitude and setting intention for the day in the end. Thank you for sharing this!

Really appreciate morning routine yoga/work outs for those mornings where it just seems like I won't have time to practice a 'full' yoga routine. More like this please! Simple and swift🤩
Ive been suffering from arm and shoulder pains and tingles for months and since Ive been doing this routine for a couple of days, the pain and tingles have almost disappeared and I'm strengthening my body at the same time, it feels great. Thanks so much this is the best way to start my day.

I’ve always had wrist pain and this has really helped with that! I’ve commented a few times but this routine has made a real difference for me - just going through these motions every day, the whole body feels so much better.
That's nice to hear, I would say the same but I just did this for the first time and was simply surprised it didn't hurt my weak wrist to do 10 push ups.

What a great class and channel!!! I simply started brushing my teeth and starting my day with one of your classes and it makes such a big difference in my life. I workout hard 2 days a week, do yoga class once a week but like to do something active in the morning. This is perfect!

So this was the first video I did on this channel, and today, lazy hangover day i decided to come back after 6 months of practice with you guys... The first time I did it, it was challengin and could not fully do it I remember, now 6 months after, well still a bit challenging but there is a world between the two, I am much stronger and confident doing it... This is a great routine to start your day with. It's a great way to wake up your body and mind, and it's also a great way to set yourself up for success for the rest of the day. I'm definitely going to try this routine out!

April 1st I'm beginning a 30 day challenge that requires me to wake up at 4:45 am and has an exercise component to which I'm adding this wake up routine. The 5 AM club is a real movement which everyone should join!

It took me several practices to realize, that it actually is "Same height as you knees / same height as you head" instead of "Say ℍ𝕚! to your knees / say ℍ𝕚! to your head" 😂 Seems like I was welcoming my head&knees unnecessarly... No regrets tho 😎

Thoroughly enjoyed this practise though struggling with the membership- 5am!!! 😄. Yep...I prefer to leave burpees on the jiujitsu mats AND also only do it when instructed by coach/instructors.

4:20 am in Germany right now, just did the routine cause I couldn’t sleep anymore. I feel amazing now, although the pushups/plank section was really hard and got me sweating lots. will try to do this workout more regularly, it’s worth it 🙌🌅
Hey Flo, love your content. Obviously burpees would be the last thing i'd expect from your practices and the intro provided a good laugh. Given though that they're so common in most type of hiit routines (and bjj, the spawl essentially) please elaborate a bit on why you don't seem to appreciate them at all. Thanks.

I came after watching the other chapter where you explain you were a skater ... this is really good ... the incredible thing about the burpees is that some people keep doing it and many times if they don’t know how to do them or are not ready to, they get injured in their lower back
