  • Qigong exercises for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome treatment. In the first video in this series we use an acupressure point called “Stomach 36” or the “3 Mile Point” to boost energy naturally.
Try the Phase 2 video for the next exercise whenever you feel ready.

I have fibromyalgia. I honestly think I have CFS too. With fibro, they tell you to workout 30 minutes a day at least 3-5x a week. That seems like a MONUMENTAL task. The doctors think that when they tell me "you can break that up into 10-minute intervals" that it helps me. It doesn't. I tried vacuuming yesterday and my muscles started to feel like cement and I couldn't even finish. I'm really hoping something like this will help.

Bless you Nick for making these videos. It helps so much when you have health challenges that conventional doctors cannot help you with at all. I'm just starting out trying qigong for Epstein Barr fatigue. The Medical Medium books have helped me a lot but something else is needed. Thank you so much.

Hi Nick, thanks for the video. I saw another video about stomach 36 point, and they suggest doing it 2-3 minutes daily. Why do you suggest only 5-10 seconds at a time?

Hi, I’ve just found your video. I tried massaging but that area next to my shin is really painful, will it go away or reduce with this massage? Thank you

Usually yes. Often if a point is sensitive it is a good sign it needs stimulating.
