    Part three of a four-part series. Meitheal na mBan is an inspirational and empowering series of online concerts led by Ireland’s top female musicians and artists as they perform directly from their own homes, in a much-needed fundraiser to support the victims of domestic abuse.
    Some of the musicians performing on the series include Mary Black, Sharon Shannon, Mairead Ní Mhaonaigh, Muireann Nic Amhlaoibh, Julie Fowlis, Nell Ní Chróinín, Lisa O’Neill, Róisín O, Bronagh Gallagher, Wyvern Lingo, Cliona Hagan and Cathy Jordan. The series will be presented by Ciara Ní É.

    Fair play to the sound mixer who pulled 4 dual stereo channels together on feeds from 3 separate locations, mixed them & made it sound that good! Maith thú!

      Thanks for the comment, answers my immediate question, how did they get around the latency of several locations. Well done music and mixing (simple with clapper but cannot do in multiple locations?). Keep smiling!

    It is not quite often to have these two angles decide to spoil themselves a bit by pushing a little too hard on their folk music, but when they do that, it is just astonishingly beautiful. For those who say folk music lose its soul when pushed too hard, what soul would be needed when you can have this excellence.

    Fantastic. I'm so pleased that you've managed to find a way of performing together again - It worked very well indeed. I bet it took a bit of organizing and setting up but the result was great. More please (perhaps some whistles and flute next time!)
