In this video, we’re going to talk about the most powerful vitamin for healthy skin.
Today, I’m not talking about vitamin E or vitamin C-although these are important vitamins.
Instead, we’re going to talk about vitamin B3.
If you are deficient in vitamin B3, you can end up with pellagra. However, there’s also a subclinical version of this B3 deficiency. This is a situation where you have dermatitis-dry, brittle, scaly, and red skin.
Vitamin B3 helps protect and restore your DNA, which results in your skin feeling and looking vibrant and healthy.
Studies show that those with pellagra see amazing results when taking vitamin B3. Those with pellagra often consume too much corn, flour, rice, and alcohol. To fix this problem, people started adding synthetic vitamin B3 to enhance these foods. The problem is, synthetic vitamins don’t have the same effects as natural ones.
A healthy keto diet and intermittent fasting eliminate this problem. If you’re new to my channel, you should know that the best form of vitamin B3 is niacinamide.
Vitamin B3 can also help with:
    ‱ Brown spots
    ‱ Skin cancer
    ‱ Anti-aging
    ‱ Decreased acne

I see a lot of people asking for dosage of niacinamide: 250mg would be a good daily dose. However, if you don't mind the flushing, take niacin at 500 mg.

Just noticed that my Jarrow "B-Right' has Niacin as Nicotinic acid, instead of Niacinimide! (which I noticed was labeled on the pic of B3 in your vid)
      Hmmm...?

    • @ldjt6184

    • @ldjt6184
      @ldjt6184 Pƙed 3 lety +71

@@wchiwinky I think the only reason people/doctors suggest niacinamide over niacin (nicotinic acid) is because they don't want you to panic or think you're having an allergic reaction with the flush. But really, the flush is good for you and it is the safest form of B3 for the liver, and has amazing health effects for things that niacinamide doesn't completely have. But niacinamide will still cure a b3 deficiency.

Thank you for everything you guys do. You have helped my family like nobody never did. Could you please talk about Melasma? Did everything, can't shake it out.
You saved me and my son, we had severe Adhd, depression, anxiety, PTSD and whatever else they call it. At times we even though in not being here anymore, becsuse it was too overwhelming to just survive in society. Look at us now. In the middle of a "pandemic" , most of the world freaking out. And we are just fine. Incredible! Thank to God and you...it was just intoxicated body(heavy metal s, gmos, msg, glyfosate, bad preparation of foods, toxins leaking pans, soap addictives)and vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
I had tried everything. But staring with your simple ways of teaching, i saw hope and slowly went down the rabbit trail( its a long one, but worthed for it saved our lifes). I am 48 years old, always thought i was taking care of my heath...thats the first time in my life i feel "balanced ", well , satisfied just in being. Incredible.
May God bless and protect you to help many more people.
      * Arsenic in rice and anti-nutrient s in kidney beans ,when not prepared the right way, and Oxolates in vestebles and nuts(especially Almond) was also a big one. We will never be abble to thank you enough. And it's just a very small slice of our journey stared with you. 🙏

Plus, for the first time in my life after taking b3, which is now about 5 years ago, i was able to stay in the sun, walk, sit, for longer than before - which was virtually zero time, and always so pale and never able to catch the sun at all - and become a bit tanned into looking healthy. 10 minutes is enough. I've been gluten and mostly gain-free most of my life, which is helpful to know what the vitamin deficiency may be. When I looked that up, I discovered ineffective absorption of niacin or tryptophan with a possible cause of digestive system and prolonged treatment with the tuberculosis drug isoniazid (iLaniazid, Nydrazid). I'm like, what? As a child, I was contacted to tuberculosis and had treatment. This may or may not be related, but I thought I would share because I would have never considered that a trigger point.
