I think what Samsung did is really smart like they put a low resolution camera for high pixel density for good night mode and minimal noise for raw and then a high resolution telephoto to zoom in even further
default settings no change as software automatically tweaks to moon settings as it has moon mode, and plz keep 16:9 settings for that level of zoom to enable

A couple of things that will definitely help are a tripod and place with miminal light pollution.

I managed to capture a moon photo with my s21 Ultra but digital zoom affected the final image quality. At least now I know what to watch for.

Can't zoom more then 10x in Pro mode ...... So not possible
