Use the carb cleaner your have or some brake cleaner and with engine idling, spray around all the vacuum hoses, air intake hose, and manifold area. If there’s a vacuum leak, the spray will temporarily stabilize the engine shaking and you have a better idea where the leak is
I think u recently drained your coolant for something you did before ,so you might have air on coolant system , did you bleed it when u install your new coolant ?
Sonny check your coil or wires make sure they are not arking or you may have a vacuum leak. If you can hook up a scanner or a lab scoop and see if u have any stored codes. Lol my girl lives hella close to the pick&pull in Fairfield

Still your throttle control opening from the the gold piece take out the two screws from right there you could have just a daughter control also and I'll stop the accelerating up and down
My first car was a Honda Accord that had the same problem with the motor shaking and all I had to do was change out the motor mounts on it and it went away

Plus there is an entire road full of auto parts recyclers here in the Sac area. Research Recycle Rd in Rancho Cordova. You will find everything for your 240sx there. Hope you make a video on this, I like these mini road trip vids.

you need to put in neutral , steady rev to 3000 K rpm and keep it on 3K , till its to temparature , and then let it idle for 5 minutes , so the ECU can relearn everything again , then it should be fixed...

Check the throttle body, it's probably REALLY dirty and interfearing with airflow. Get it cleaned.

You can check vacuum line but may as well do a seafoam ,clean throttle body ,or bleed the coolant system

clean your throttle body. that’s what causes ur idle to fluctuate if it’s dirty, which it most likely will be.

The engine mounts could be bad which can cause the idle to be rough because the engine is vibrating and moving around
My friend had a bad idle on his 335 after a race and used fuel injector cleaner and it fixed it right away!

I noticed im losing power in a cold start. Car hesitates to turn on but then the idle goes up and down from 500 to 1.5 rpms.

Take of the intake manifold and paint it aluminum silver and try to replace the lines while you are at it.
Its low on blinker fluid. Check the muffler bearings as well

If the iac was that dirty, then you definitely need to clean the throttle body also.

You have a mean misfire. Could always check the coil packs and spark plugs. If there is oil if you take out the pack... you’re screwed.

Seems like you have an injector issue. One injector is probably stuck open.
Check for coolant sometime if the rpm go higher there a chance that the antifreeze is low or it's need a bottle or two
