thanks. i tried them years ago. sometime ( maybe depend on the brand) they include some oil to prevent drying. And my worked a lot to remove the oil from the model. then i start to use re-usable adhesive like Uhu Tac or Tack It. So i am afraid of use them again🙂 thanks for advlse 👍👍👍

Senelerdir çalışmalarınızı takip ediyorum (Blog'unuz dahil :) ). Her biri birbirinden güzel eserler. Kullandığınız ürünleri de yer yer belirtirseniz daha güzel olacağını düşünüyorum. Soldurma yaparken ilk başta yağlıboya mı yoksa akrilik boyamı kaullandığınızı anlıyamadım mesela (sonradan akrilik olduğunu anladım :) )
Drop Tankların yapılışını da ekleseniz itiraz etmezdim 😊😊😁😁

Çok Teşekkürler, özellikle marka bilgisi verme taraftarı değilim şu aşamada. Burada daha çok yeniyim ve ilk günden firmaların reklamlarını yapmak istemiyorum. Çünkü karşılıksız reklamlarını yapmış olacağım daha en başından. Yorumlar kısmında veya özelden her zaman bilgi paylaşmaya hazırım. Merak ettiğiniz başka bir teknik varsada anlatmak isterim. Teknik olarak her zaman en basit yöntemlerle maket yapmaya çalışıyorum. Yağlı boya bile kullanmadım sizinde dediğiniz gibi. Maketin kendi boyaları ve toz pastel ile tüm eskitmeyi yaptım. Uygulama şeklide dry brush ve filtering idi.
Modelin yapımı yaklaşık 3 ay sürdü. Dolayısıyla çekimlerde çok uzadı. Videoları kısaltmak ile çok uğraştım zira video süresi çok uzun olacaktı. Bu sebeple bazı kısımları silmek zorunda kaldım. Şimdilik gelecek planım, daha basit biten uçakların videolarını çekmek olacaktır🙂

Thanks. Yes there is no squadron numbers on the tail. Just the serial numbers. It start with 6. But on the nose, first number is squadron number and the following numbers are last 3 digit of the serial number. So i just copied the real one.

Hayır, direk airbrush sonrası boya üzerine fırça ile boyama işlemidir. Sadece boya çok çok ince, varla yok arası. Filtering de deniyor bu işleme. Uzun sürüyor. Hatasının geri dönüşümü yok. Ama çok basit. Sadece uçağın kendi boyasını sulandırarak yapıyorum.

Amazing !! How does the weathering go from 'shiny' to mat, is it just the drying process ? I stopped building when I was 16, now 40 years alter I want to pick it up again, but wow the modelling world became very professional !

Thanks a lot. After weathering, i apply gloss varnish first to seal the details, then i apply matte varnish.

Amazing work! I live the eefect with the very thinly brushed acrylics. What color did you use for the underside? Some people say they were aluminum on the bottom but from looking at pictures it looks grey.

Yes, under body color of some F-104s are metalic, example: German F-104s.
But Italian colors are not. They use Same underside color as SEA Camo, which is Cam.Grey FS36622. This is ex- italian F-104.

There is no special technique for that. I just using more water while using acrylic. I mean at least %50 percent water/ paint mix.

Beautiful!!! I am shortly going to attempt a similar build w/ the Kinetic F-104A/C; at one point in your "part 2" video you brushed on a thinned dark medium. Was that simply a black wash, or something else? Also, where did you find the panel placards? I have the Black Dog Resin sets but have not found placards for the panels as you have shown on yours.

Even though I don't understand exactly what point you are talking about, I generally use thinned dark colored acrylic instead of wash. As placard decal, I use decals that I find appropriate left over from various kits, and ANYZ decal company produces placards just for this purpose.

Alman F-104 leri gövde altı metalik, Hollanda modelleri Alman kamuflajı olmasına rağmen gövde altları açık gri, italyanların ilk modelleri metalik altları ama sonradan bazı modelleri açık gri yaptılar. Bize gelen birçok F-104 de zaten elden geçti ve yeniden boyandı. Mesela ilk gelen italyan F-104leri üzerlerinde full stencil dolu. Ama hizmetden çıkmaya yakın olan italyan F-104leri incelendiğinde hiç stencil kalmamış, hepsi boyanmış, sadece ana ikaz işaretleri kalmış vesaire. Kısaca tavsiyem, her F-104 modelini kendi başına incelemek gerekir, çünkü genel bir standart bulamadım. En azından benim çözebildiğim bu.

What do you use for the aging, is that just some chalk or charcoal or something?

It is called as “dry pastel”. I apply it as last step, because it is very sensitive, it is better not touch with bare hand.
