Awesome video! Thank you! exactly what we’re dealing with now while growing our lawn care business, you’re right on! The right customers make all the difference! Some customers are not a good fit for excellent service providers. Often times, Sub par carts are a better option for this type of customer or One hit wonders. They are also many times cheaper as well. Get the service invoice paid up to date and then Send them a nice letter in the mail explaining Upon careful consideration for whatever reason their service has been discontinued.
