Great video! I love seeing your lawn transformation videos where we really get to see the transformation over a couple months. It’s amazing to see how each treatment really improves a yard, it just takes patience and some hard work.
Lost almost all of my bermuda, roughly 12k sq ft, over the winter. Just a very small amount came back but i did basically the same. Started spot treating weeds with 24D, lots of urea, summer heat and lots of water with a hose and sprinkler. Amazingly, it has almost completely filled back in. I hope it roots deep enough to make it through the winter this year.
Wow that yard looks so much better. I have some weak spots in my empire zoysia that some grassy weed like a crabgrass or dalligrass fills in and I just pull it. I am glad that I killed the sedge from last year and focusing on maintaining the health and thickening it to choke out weeds in the fall.
As an amateur at this (we purchased a rural property in really bad shape), I've had to learn to do this on my own (no one will come out this far to do lawn care!).... you are a LIFE saver. My middle pasture (and parts of the front and back pastures) look great from a distance .... sooo much better than what it was like when we bought it. Goal is to have it look as good as yours.... only holdback is I have horses, and have to carefully make changes to each pasture. bless you!!!!!
Thanks for all the advice, working on a lawn that was once a pasture, Its definately a long term project....just have to trust your process. THanks again
Great transformation video! Success is a good feeling. I’m sure the client is satisfied and of course you should be also. Just goes to show, with knowledge and passion anything is possible! Awesome job! Don’t forget the pre emergent for the poa. Thanks for sharing with us.
Jason, every time I throw seeds down, the birds come and eat it ☹️ I’m debating mixing the seeds with the soil then putting it in bare spots . I’m a noob!
Gotta start using Avenue south for that spurge man. Spike it with octane. C and C doesn't do much to that stuff. Also, to prevent that stuff, do you recommend an early summer pre emergent. Or is the spring app suppossed to cover this?
I have a love-hate relationship with bermuda. I have to mow it every other day to keep it low and tight, and keeping it out of flower beds is a pain. but man, you can literally roundup tough weeds like paspalum and bermuda will grow back in a month.
Where can i get a schedule month to month on what to do for my Zeon Zoysia here in CLT, NC. Second half of August i will put down weed killer for fall/winter weeds. Then in Feb I will do pre-emergent for summer.
I love your channel content thank you! But I have one question because I'm in Georgia very similar whether to you. In your opinion does weed killer over 90°affect its a performance?
You don’t gatekeep any lawn care tips, you are the man.

Started using Harrells products this year. I have nothing but good things to say about the products and salespeople. Highly recommend the Polyon.
Amazing results!

Urea would certainly make the bermuda pop and it's cheap! :) It looks much better!!

Hey jason....do you ever use your plugger on customer yards? That yard showed significant improvements!
I don't think I have done that yet

Do you do 2 or 3 applications of pre throughout the year?
Is it safe to use Celcius and sedgehammer together in August on Bermuda?
Yes. As Long as You Follow the label
