A migrant from Venezuela accused of shooting two NYPD officers from Long Island is being held without bail. Bernardo Raul Castro Mata was arraigned from the hospital. Police say the 19-year-old shot officers Richard Yarusso, of Coram, and Christopher Abreu, of New Hyde Park, in Queens.
