My childhood favorite sandwich that was sold in every bakery when I was a kid but not any more.. it's actually not easy to find this sandwich in Korea these days.
It's creamy potato salad but with a Korean twist of crunchy pickled veggies added for extra crunch and flavor. Great as lunch but also as party appetizer or snacks when it's made into smaller sliders.

oh yummy , love the fact it has the pickled cucumbers and onion in it, dont really like bread but I m gonna either do lettuce or cabbage wrap with it, ty for the recipe
Oh that’s a great idea!! I should try that.. I love bread but shouldn’t have it too often due to health reasons. 😝
