How Many Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Characters Have Plushes?

- The Super Smash Bros. series is a celebration of countless video game franchises and series, all represented together in one game. In a way, that's a lot like a merchandise collection, where you showcase all these franchises you love with your merchandise on display. Because of that, I was thinking, how many Super Smash Bros. characters can you represent in a plush display? Does every fighter have a plush? How many have official plushes available on the market today? That's what we're finding out today.
This video is a remake of the original "How Many Super Smash Bros. Characters Have Plushes?" video from 2019, now with all of Ultimate's DLC characters as well as additional characters who received official plushes released after the original video, making it fully complete with Ultimate's final roster.

i mean you can maybe do a handmade or get a unoffcial good one, or a really good (I mean plushes)
At least Shulk has an Amiibo, and the rest will get amiibos soon enough or they have them already.

In the original video he posted in 2019 I said that I would make a Ness plush of my own since he didn’t have one at the time (I did make him, he’s very nice and I’m proud of him) but now seeing the Hobonichi Mother Project make plushies for the chosen 4, I’m happy to see this become a reality, thank you Itoi ❤️

Is it just me or did Luma never caught on? They're the mascot of two mainline Mario games on the best-selling Nintendo console but everybody seems to have forgotten about them. A shame really, they're really cute

I'm actually shocked there's no official Luma plush, especially since Rosalina herself has some. If I were to guess, it would have been Luma with a variety of plush toys, but I guess not.

Hey, hope everyone reading this has been well. Some might remember me as the guy who commented on pat's video for 200 days during his absence in late 2020 - middle 2021. Just wanted to say pat's more than likely fine. He spent a lot of years doing nothing but working on youtube so him spending time doing his own stuff should be fair. Of course I really don't wanna sound like I'm putting words into his mouth but hey what can you do. If something bad did happen to him I'm certain we all would have heard about it by now. But pat if you are reading this hope life's been treating you well. I'm sure when you do return it will be something we all can look forward to. Also please please please do not do what I did and comment on his videos for a extended period of time. I had fun but looking back on it I sorta came off as rude and incredibly spammy. That's all

OOC: A little update for the byleth one. They're will be a fire emblem three houses plush collection that will released in June that features both male and female byleth. They will be manufactured by Senei, the same manufacturers as the original fire emblem line.
Now if only Sanei will make one for Chrom, Robin, and maybe male Corrin

Yeah and getting ahold of just one of them that isn't a bootleg is a meme challenge in of itself amongst the Xenoblade fandom, let alone getting both plus the Siren Mecha Model kit that goes with them (and actually has a page of previously unseen official lore that calls back to Xenogears included with it.)
I personally have a Mythra statue pre-ordered directly from GoodSmile themselves, but it won't arrive until October of 2022. Sakurai is a lucky man to have both.

I want ROB and Mii plushies now. They should do a "Nintendo nostalgia" line with them, Wii Fit Trainer, and some of the other obscure characters they made for games like Wii Play or system UIs like the Flipnote frog

It's kind of ironic that Samus doesn't have an official plush when there was a Mario Vs. Wario comic in Nintendo Power about Princess Peach wanting one for her Birthday.
And that Samus and Captain Falcon don't have official plushes, and Ness didn't have one for a long time, when they were seen in plush form in the SSB64 intro!

There's tons of them. SNK merchandises the hell out of their characters. Even one no one cares about like the inflating guy from Fatal Fury 3 whose name I can't remember has a plush. I just bought a Shingo Yabuki plush for a friend's Christmas gift.

Ah, new PatMac videos are always a treat, even if they are remakes of older videos! Which... is actually a first, might I add.
Also, that ending speech if it can even be called that... man, I'm honestly kind of surprised that people don't often think of Smash 64 and how the roster is depicted as plushies brought to life by the imagination of a young child whenever they get themselves a new plushie for their collection. I mean, even I do that sometimes!
It helps the theory that the same child is now mature. And now collects figures and trophies instead of plushies.
When you said that there were tons of Jigglypuff plushies I literally wanted to punch a wall since it took me months to look for a SINGLE Jigglypuff plush. But now I see them left and right so doesn’t come as a surprise.

Alright so I researched it and 17 out of the 22 characters in Nick All Star Brawl have plushies, roughly 76% The ones who don't have any are Toph, Korra, April, Nigel, and Danny Phantom.

Terry (Fatal Fury/The King of Fighters) had 3 Fatal Fury anime movies which I have seen way too many times (love 'em!), a 4 episode King of Fighters anime, a CG King of Fighters series that's up on SNK's youtube page, and a live action King of Fighters movie which I haven't seen and don't plan to because it looks terrible.
Finally Kazuya (Tekken) got an anime movie which wasn't that great, two live actions movies which I've only seen the first one and it sucked, and a CG movie which I didn't see yet.
Those are the only others that I know about.

I'm still sad that they made the perfect casting choice of Ray Park as Rugal and then made the rest crap. Also, Richter has been confirmed to be star in another Netflix Castlevania series and there was an F-Zero anime.

Sanei recently announced Male and Female Byleth plushies will released soon
"Freedom Planet" is a game that definitely deserves plushes due to it having so many cute and appealing characters, and I even hoped to see Lilac as a playable character in "Super Smash Bros. Ultimate", though I doubt that was going to happen because of absolutely no one else even knowing about "Freedom Planet" except for me.

Wow incredible man that's pretty dope!! I didn't know Ness and Snake eventually got their own plushes that's pretty interesting. Maybe you could talk about how many characters have action figures or how many Mario Kart characters have plushes or even just other merchandise in general man. Maybe you could also do the same for Nick All-Star Brawl, the Street Fighter series, the Fatal Fury series, and the Tekken series (hence they're all in Smash except Nick All-Star Brawl).
