CORRECTION #1: Pizza is available in the mobile game Fire Emblem Heroes, meaning every Fire Emblem character can eat it there. HOWEVER, if we wanna get technical, it IS a gacha game so it's a bit hazy if these gacha pull versions of the characters eating pizza counts. They are the original versions of the characters, pulled out of their worlds, so I'll bump them up to the "Gacha Pizza Eater" tier. Functionally the same as "Pizza Eater" but with the added context that we're dealing with mobile game shenanigans
CORRECTION #2: Pizza DOES exist in the Star Fox universe, there are pizza boxes in the background of an early cutscene in Star Fox Adventures. There's no evidence of Fox eating it; for all we know, it could've just been Slippy and Peppy eating it. HOWEVER, Fox, Falco, and Wolf are now bumped up to "Knows what pizza is, doesn't eat it"
CORRECTION #3: Technically Mega Man also belongs in the "Physically incapable of eating pizza" tier. I just think it looks really funny to have R.O.B. all alone there

Two weeks after this video came out, the 2nd Scarlet and Violet DLC dropped. In the Blueberry Academy Cafeteria you can order a pizza and share it with your party, making Incineroar and Mewtwo certified pizza eaters.

Correction: in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Sora _is_ an unlockable character for the game's mission mode. Given that mission mode is multiplayer and allows player vs player combat in it, then using the same logic you did with Kazuya, Axel flinging pizzas at Sora during combat would bump him to Pizza Eater.

And in WarioWare: Get It Together, the player can give him pizza in the Break Room and it’s one of his favorite Prezzies, further proving that he loves pizza almost as much as he loves garlic

Isabelle technically *can* eat Pizza in Happy Home Paradise.
If an npc is sitting in front of a table with food on it, which does include Pizza, they do a cute little eating animation.
And with the Isabelle amiibo, it's possible for her to be that lucky npc.

I'm so sorry you went through all that work to find out if Pokemon can eat pizza, because in Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, there's a battle buffet restaurant in the main shopping mall where your trainer and pokemon can eat a "Miltank Cheese Pizza", meaning that Pokemon #1-809 can all eat pizza. This means Mewtwo, Incineroar, and anyone else not in cafe mix should be upgraded to the Pizza Eater tier, since no Gen 8/9 pokemon are in smash atm lmao.
And I’d count pokemon trainer too! They’re not specific characters, and if a playable pokemon trainer can eat pizza, I’d say it counts! I actually went to look through the scarlet and violet purchasable food from restaurants because I know your trainer has an eating animation too, but sadly there is no pizza in there. Proof that gen 7 is the goat

What do you mean? That's the basis of the "Knows it exists" category. I'd say the only grey area there is Pit suggesting to order it.
I think he means other examples like the Pokemon Cafe Mix, where we see Pokemon order Rowllet Pizza and we can assume they'd eat it but technically we never saw them actually eating the pizza (like we do with Banjo).
@@chavezraul6879 They're consuming it as an item in almost every example. Even for the Cafe Mix he went to the trouble of making sure they actually order it. In most scenarios you're not going to see something like that physically go into a characters mouth. Even for Link, if I recall correctly, it's just him patting his belly when you use the item, maybe putting a hand against his mouth that couldn't possibly fit a pizza in it. To say that's not eating it because we don't visually see chewing is so pedantic as to not be useful.

Hey some extra pizza evidence for Mario is that in Luigi’s mansion 3 in his room are at least 6 empty pizza boxes implying that he ate at least 6 whole pizzas by HIMSELF!!!! Mario isn’t just a pizza eater he is a PIZZA EATING MACHINE!!!!
When you start the game the very first thing you see in gameplay is Mario in absolute awe, drooling over the packed buffet table, deciding what to eat first.
They also seem to just be getting there that evening as they're shown to their rooms and the bros. say goodnight to each other, then Luigi goes to sleep.
So the second Mario shut his door, he ordered room service to bring him 6 entire large pizza pies as a before bedtime snack.
There's also a full cart of dirty dishes right outside his room, implying Mario inhaled EVEN MORE food than what's in his room.

Update to the Pokémon Series:
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Indigo Disk DLC added a Pizza meal to Blueberry Academy's menu. Probably some kind soul at GameFreak that saw Scharff's suffering and decided to add this delightful piece of food to the game.
So any Pokémon in that game can canonically eat pizza by just going to Blueberry Academy and buying it. And luckily, every Smash Pokémon is in the game, so Incineroar and Mewtwo now officially are certified Pizza Eaters.
This also marks the Pokémon Trainer as a pizza eater, as the trainer eats with their Pokémon in that game, so long as we count the trainers as generics like with the playable species (Pokémon, Inklings, Piranha Plants) or Villager.
So that also makes Beartic a pizza eater, that proves the sheer holiness of pizza, that even a pure carnivore that only eats non-meats for their beneficial in-battle effects eats it too.
For the Mii Fighters, there’s also another game where the Miis eat pizza. In Miitopia, eating food increases stats of your party members, there’s a food item called the Geothermal Pizza, which can be obtained by a Gourmet Eater

You can invite any character in your roster to the Aether Resort, meaning that all the FE characters in Smash can canonically eat pizza

That whole exchange about Pit and pizza made me go through a whole roller coaster of emotions. I went from confidently thinking, "Yeah, if he has eaten the floor ice cream that gives you health, then he's definitely eaten floor pizza," to breaking at the realization that pizza is not a consumable item, to the sheer, unadulterated joy of finding the dialogue that confirms the fact that Pit has had pizza, and the comfort of knowing that Palutena has as well with her saying that she has a coupon for pizza.

At least for me "You can't prove so it's not true" is a bad a thing, considering a lot of scientific experiments around the world was always assumed "x can't be true so it isn't" then a random person just show up and somehow manages to make that not be true, and thus knowledge of it changes.
Those are characters in a fictional world, they still have their own personalities and lives besides what we see on the screen, and at least for me the line + the fact palutena literally has a coupon for pizza is more than enough proof that both palutena and pit as characters on this fictional world had a pizza.

When you think about it, technically piranha plant can canonically eat pizza indirectly, since piranha plants can eat mario, luigi, and even peach, daisy, and yoshi thanks to wonder in the mainline games, and if they happened to have eatsa’d the pizza shortly beforehand it would still be in their tummies, thus the plant would indirectly consume it. It might be the only character who “eats pizza, but doesn’t know what it is”

I'd honestly argue that Sephiroth doesn't know what Pizza is. He was a lab experiment made to be the ultimate super soldier. I don't think Shinra would've given him Pizza on his express diet of edge and vengeance. And they don't seem like the type to throw employee Pizza parties either.
He has been to alot of places so he probably saw a pizzaria or civilians eating or delivering it. And he did have somewhat of a life outside his duties if we go by his canonical complex hair routine. Unless the shampoo and conditioner were part of his rations.
Having come off a Crisis Core binge, I do think Sephiroth would have eaten pizza. He was very normal before he found out his origins which caused him to have a mental breakdown and become the iconic villain he is known for. One thing that upsets him is being unable donate blood to his dying friend Genesis, questioning why he was barred from doing so because he's unaware of his genetic origins.
Fellow Shinra experiments Angeal and Genesis were raised to have normal childhoods so I definitely think there was a younger Sephiroth who played with other kids and ate pizza, if he didn't grab a slice afterhours with his SOLDIER buddies.

Technically speaking, there was an easier way to confirm the fact that the Fire Emblem characters have eaten pizza. In Fire Emblem Heroes, the Aether Resort has a Dining Hall in which you can prepare and make various dishes. Notably, this includes Pizza as a potential recipe. So therefore, the Fire Emblem characters in Smash are certified pizza eaters.
And they’ve also canonically eaten potato chips, burgers, and birthday cakes

As the world's only Cafe Remix player, here's some info:
Mewtwo is listed as "not a customer" because there is an event where he appears. In this event type, the pokemon (mewtwo) always asks for one specific TYPE of dish: either drinks, small plates, desserts, or entrees. Coincidentally, Mewtwo's preferred type during his "Mewtwo's Return" event (the second one he appeared) was SMALL PLATES, meaning PIZZA is possible (don't have a recording of it, but it COULD happen).
On the Contrary, Charizard appeared in a "team cooking" event, where you do normal orders as you would typically, but each order gives points that fill up charizard. He is never shown actually eating the pizza you could be making, though by making pizza for OTHER pokemon, it is allegedly "filling him" with points, so it could be implied that he eats the leftovers that the normal pokemon don't eat. Greninja appeared in a similar event, however he was actually still available as a regular customer (during the event only) which gave bonus event points. So Greninja absolutely can eat pizza, but Charizard is debatable. THEN AGAIN, charmander is in the game as a regular customer, so you could give it a pass as the same reasoning for Ivysaur.
Incineroar will be added to cafe remix soon (well, Litten but still)... HOWEVER it is part of the BATTLE PASS (monthly pass is the real name) so it will actually NOT be able to eat food, so your correction was unneeded, incineroar is a NO!
Also I learned something new in double checking this, but apparently the dishes are only on specific stages, so Rowlet Pizza is only for:
Order #56, Order #66, Order #107, Order #131, Order #145, and possibly some later ones depending on if the wiki is up to date (it probably isn't)
I wish Rowlet was in smash though, since the only known Pizza in the pokemon universe is Rowlet Pizza, pizza canonically wouldn't exist without Rowlet, therefore making him CEO of pizza along with Link.

The cutscene intro for Starfox Adventures actually shows the team has pizza boxes, so at the bare minimum Fox knows what pizza is, even if he may not be the one eating it.

I want to point out that Alph is a Koppite, and Koppites are Fruitarians, which is constantly mentioned in Pikmin 3; their diets consists of fruits and fruits ONLY, which means Pizzas cannot be part of his diet. In fact, the 3 Koppite pilots are on Earth specifially because Earth's Fruits provide so much nutrition for them. Not that it changes the rankings, just officialy declaring Alph in the "knows what pizza is, doesn't eat it" tier.

You can make a dough with plantain flour, and tomatoes are technically a fruit - this allows for passata. Olives are as well if you're worried about oil. Then if you need toppings, zucchini, capsicums and pumpkins are likewise fruit, so I'm sure you could make something nice with some roasted vegetables. A tiny bit of salt and it would taste pretty nice, I imagine.
