Quick dill sauce like grandma used to make with cream

Today we're going to make a quick dill sauce like grandma used to make
A simple and quick sauce with dill.
On my channel there are now also different sauces to make yourself. Homemade sauces are healthier, tastier and you know exactly what's in them. There will always be a sauce recipe here where you don't need sachets and fixed products.
Dill sauce is a timeless classic that goes great with many dishes. Whether classic with fish, just with fresh vegetables, potatoes or meat.
Simply versatile and delicious.
Grandma's recipes are simply the best!
Grandma's recipes are passed down from generation to generation.

And here comes the recipe
ingredients
1/2 bunch of dill
80g butter
3 tbsp flour
1 cup cream
about 300ml vegetable broth
juice of half a lemon
Spices
nutmeg
pepper
salt if necessary
preparation
1. Finely chop dill with stalks.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high.
3. Add the flour and let it combine for 3 minutes while stirring.
4. Add the cream while stirring
5. Gradually add the broth while stirring until the desired consistency of the sauce is reached.
6. Add the juice of half a lemon.
7. Add the dill to the sauce and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
8. Season with nutmeg, pepper and a generous pinch of sugar. Salt if necessary and to taste.

Wow, ich hab es nachgekocht. Bei mir war es leider nicht ganz so flüssig, aber für die Spaghetti was es optimal und vor allem schmeckt das toll.

Naja wenn man aber diese körnige Brühe verwendet ist es nichts anderes wie eine Tütensauce. Diese gekörnte Brühe ist grundsätzlich Hauptbestandteil einer jeden Tütensauce. Fakt ist das eine frisch gekochte Gemüsebrühe unschlagbar ist vorallem weil es ein natürlicher Geschmack ist und kein künstlich aromatisierter. Zumal ein Bund Suppengrün bedeutend günstiger ist als diese Chemiebrühe. Die Gewürze für Brühe hat man zum Großteil Zuhause.

Wenn ich eine Gemüsesuppe koche mache ich die Brühe selbst aber wenn nicht nehme ich die körnige so wie viele andere Haushalte auch. Es soll leicht zum nachkochen sein. Liebe Grüße Karina 🤗
