You guys rock. Thank you for the content of great guests.
Yes !
For some one with Schwab @30 years old, would owning let’s say: 70% in SWTSX (total Stock market) & 10% in SWSSX (Small cap fund index) & 10% in SCHH (REIT ETF) be a well rounded portfolio? And with time, obviously closer to say 40-45 years old, begin to implement Bonds?
I want to transition my 403b funds from mutual funds that I had selected earlier to s&p index funds. Would it be wise to move all the funds at once into that basket or is there a better way to approach the situation?
I recommend VTSAX- move all at once.👍🏻
Well VTSAX or the ultimate buy and hold?
I'm doing both
VTSAX 💯💯
@@garrett7101 so when you have multiple retirement accounts it really is just lowering your potential returns. The more cash in one portfolio is better than spreading it to two. Now your retirement portfolio should already be diversified tailored to your specific risk level. So two shouldn't be necessary as you should already have a well diversified with a risk level your comfortable with.
Play it safe or maximize your returns its that simple!
@@microbeast83 that doesn’t make sense
😀
Not to be rude, but I find Paul very confusing, often saying seemingly contradictory things. I have a lot to learn though.
Maybe this will help Jay. paulmerriman.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Were-Talking-Millions.pdf
