Having been to Spain on many occasions over the years to watch football I have frequented many tapas bars for a few pints. One of the tapas dishes we always enjoy is Patatas Bravas. It's essentially mini roast potatoes with a spicy tomato sauce . In this video you'll fins my version cooked in the air fryer as well as my secret spicy tomato sauce.

Thorithothothothotho & potatoes, can't go wrong there. I used to make this in cast iron years ago, somehow it dropped off my rotation so definitely time to bring it back and try it out in the trusty Ninja.
