5 minced garlic cloves
1 egg yolk
1 tsp | 5 mL lemon juice
1/3 cup | 80 mL olive oil
BRAVA SAUCE
2 cloves garlic
1/2 hot pepper
Sea salt
1/4 cup | 56 g tomato paste
1 cup | 236 mL water
1 tbsp | 15 mL olive oil
2 tsp | 5 g Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp | 12.5 g Sugar
