In this video I'm touring a new apartment building near the uptown Charlotte area. I absolutely loved this place! It was literally 8 minutes from uptown. The Calvert is really nice! Kind of hiding in plain sight in the Wesley Heights neighborhood. I toured their A4, 1 bedroom with a den, 925 sqft, I leased same day!

Thank you for this video. I am debating where to move to next. I’m originally from Orlando FL, but moved to Denver during the pandemic. I’m looking to transition back to the East Coast and I’m definitely considering Charlotte. The one bedroom with a den is an ideal space for me. Do you have any other videos where you share other 1 bedroom with a den apartments? Please keep your videos coming! :)

@@ReggSess love Denver, CO and Colorado as a whole! There is so much to do here. The only reason I’m thinking of moving is the cost of living. The rental market is soaring just like it is in so many others areas but I just can’t afford it here. When the time comes, I’ll be sad to leave.

So I was looking at the Calvert apartments for the 1 bedroom with the den as shown in the video. Do they not offer this anymore? It's nowhere on the website

Hey girl! I have a question have you ever been to Raleigh, if so which would recommend Raleigh or Charlotte? I’ll be moving from Michigan and having a difficult time asking a decision.
Heyyy!! Yess actually, where I moved from (Wilson) was very close to Raleigh so I was there a lot.. I would recommend Charlotte without question! It’s just a better city in my opinion.. ❤️

The location is great and the amenities weren’t completed when I went there. They are listed on their website, I’ve linked it in the description. 🙂

Is this in southend?
I’m not good at the areas but I don’t think so. I could be wrong though. If you’re familiar with Rocket Pizza it’s down the street from there.
What credit score do you need ?
I don’t think it’s a set score, you just have to meet the income qualifications (2.5x the rent) and no recent evictions..
