@LivingAsTravis I live TN in a Place called the Annadels Top Notch gated community. I believe the Mint has the same builders. Both places have the exact same amenities, and the kitchens are exactly the same. It's pretty cool. We have the same taste.

I agree, the rooms were pretty small. The last unit shown had a pretty big room though, very spacious, which is why it was my favorite lol
