I know the prices change, but for someone that is considering moving to Charlotte from out of state it would've been nice to know the price to to know what is considered affordable for the area from somebody that lives there 😩 $1500 might be affordable to you but expensive to me or vice versa.

@@JustAGrl007 there’s no way to gauge it, since making this video two of the places price has increased by at least $1k.. me putting prices just to get comments saying it’s inaccurate is unrealistic for me.. all of the sites are linked and you can click on them and go to floorplans to see the ranges on them 🤍

From what I’ve seen of it, it is.. my friend owns a house there and the area is really nice.. every area has a hood, it just depends on what part you’re in 🤍

Monroe definitely has a mixture of races. Be sure to research because there are some hood areas, but you cant tell from just looking at the homes. If you go further in to Monroe away from hwy 74 you can find nice areas.
