Using non-stearing wheels is a bad idea. You basically lose the OP handbrake. Claws can be used for tonnage instead. And I am not shure about the multiple dopler armor. I mean, 18 Hermes (or 14 if you have 4 aegis) are way more useful - max speed about 150 + km/h gives you a lot of tactical advantage.
And about the holster - you can reduce the number of parts for it to 4 (including the rift), if you use Bartizans with a single wide part to hold them together
Using averter to defend your guns from scorps may be usefull, but it will tank a lot more damage from other levis if you stick it to the cabin

I actually prefer the handbrake like this, it slows you down without stopping which preserved your momentum,
for the boosters you can get more for the same energy if you use dopplers as well since the double energy comes into play when you reach 12 with any given part. Also as mentioned I don't use the boosters much mostly for sharp turns or short burst of speed.
And for the averter who said I had just 1 blueprint. I have 3 versions of the same build customised for specific situations

Yongwang levi is epic and honestly 2 Yongwang is redundant, the energy cost to run 2 will do the exact same damage as if you add that much hardware with a single Yongwang.
