sir kindly tell that LA bind at which state of the Na channel.i mean to say, dose LA bind with activated state or inactivated state of the Na channel???.its my humble request to you because i have search lot of books but i cant understand this concept kindly tell

It binds to the inactive state and keeps it inactive for a long duration of time. Which inhibits the impulse from generating and hence we do not feel any sensation.

irfan khan active and inactive both state but active state binding is more easier because sod.chanal is open and drug goes to inside channel is more easier like a open gate then in close gate
