Thanks sir
A 3rd year medical student from PAKISTAN 🇵🇰
LOVED THE WAY YOU JUST EXPLAINED IT SIR 🥺🥺❤️❤️❤️
Thank you❤️❤️
Thank you so much sir..... It helps me a lot . Sir is pKa is universal for that particular drug or it changes by solvent in which drug is dissolved? Pls ans. sir.
Very nicely explained
Thank you
Make sure you subscribe and share with your students.......😃😃😃
Definition of pka that you told holds true only when ph of medium = pka of the observed drug!
Sir, I understood the topic.
But what will happen if salts of weak acids with strong base are taken as drugs?
Sir please make a seprate playlist
Where is part 2?
What about passage of lipid insoluble drug🙄🙄❤️
According to KDT equation is
pH =pka + log (ionized /unionized). Here it was looking different. Please explain
If you see the equation for simplifying purpose I have switched the sides. It would remain the same in sense.
Sir plz one thing why ionised form do not cross plasma membrane.
because they are not lipid-soluble. Only lipid-soluble substances or substances with very less molecular weight (eg O2 ) pass through the plasma membranes.
Sir is the pka is constantly 3 for all weak acid and base ?
No. Pka is the pH where the drug is 50% ionised and 50% unionized.
@@cology9 thank-you sir
So it is going to be variable for every drug
@@cology9 understood sir . thank-you sir
But, sir
Can we interchange pH and pKa like that?
Some text book showed other thing like pH= pKa + log (NI/I)
PLEASE HELP SIR
Yes, it is just a way of expressing.
If u change the sides, you will need to switch the numerator and denominator too.
All the best.....
@@cology9 thank you sir😊
Sparsh gupta book of pharmacology@#sir ye book gpat ke liye achi
mcq ache hain
I think the views will be more if You Add "gpat" "niper jee" in the title name .
Yes, but that's not the goal. But thank you for your advice.
@@cology9 a big thanks for teaching only in English and not fully in hindi or hinglish sir unlike others who even teach subjects in hindi n not ENGLISH 👍
Thank you....
