Rick Sanchez is dueling Morty smith in Yu-Gi-Oh. Rick is using a lord of the rings deck and Morty is using a harry potter deck. Rick has Aragorn, Legolas, Gandalf and Sauron. Morty has harry potter, ron Weasley, Dumbledore and the dark lord Voldemort.
Morty challenges rick to a yu-gi-oh duel and rick is not impressed with his idea of using a harry potter deck. rick believes lord of the rings is the superior fantasy series and wants to prove it to morty by defeating him in a duel.
The strongest monster in rick's deck is sauron with the one ring, and the strongest monster in morty's deck is lord voldemort with the elder wand. this is the clash of villains.

We didn’t get to see Dumbledore’s special ability: Calmly.
My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined
He was calmly sacrificed for a higher purpose
He "calmly" got flipped the bird by another wizard and "calmly" went to his grave, just like in the movies.

His ability would've been if he's destroyed by battle he can summon himself back to the field from the graveyard at the beginning of the players next turn (but it would be a different actor playing Dumbledore each time)

Now that I’m thinking about it, it would be really cool if Voldemort couldn’t be destroyed in battle unless Harry was sent to the GY. Horcrux and all that.
Cool concept how you would need to destroy Voldemort seven times before he would be sent to the graveyard, but this works vice versa with Sauron to destroy his equip “the one ring” to be able to be sent to the graveyard
Thing was, Harry was sacrificed to summon Voldemort.
In terms of yugioh game mechanics, you could do something like this:
Level 9,
Base attack/defense 0.
This card can not be special summoned. This card must be tribute summoned by tributing 3 spellcaster monsters you control. If this card is special summoned, place 7 'Horcrux' counters on it. This cards original attack and defense are equal to the amount of 'Horcrux' counters on it x 500. If this card in its owner's control would be destroyed by battle or by your opponent's card effect, remove 1 'Horcux' counter instead.
Seems like a cool idea but just as an extension, Harry Potter cards count as two tributes to fit with the narrative of the story
Honestly, Morty played really well. He just was unlucky he didn't have any traps or quick play spells in his hand or field that he could have used to protect Voldy
Considering Voldy couldn't be killed until all 7 of his Cruxes were destroyed he should have had a similar ability

First off, this duel was great. This is pretty much my favorite Yugioh dueling content on CZcams, as it follows the rules of its cards and isn't dumb. Also there are actual conclusions to these duels.
Sauron would probably monkey stomp Voldemort.
But the fact that we got two dark lord summons was a treat in itself 🤣
That’s was well played for sure. Love the jumping between actual fights and deck battles as well. Keeps it from getting stale, but also gives you time to fig. Out cool deck battles that can be done later.
In regards to the main story, I hope we’ll get more anime shows to further Rick’s quest. Maybe even throw in evil Morty story arc as well.

Sauron's attack against Voldemort came from above him. Part of me hoped you would show Voldemort looking upwards, as a little visual nod to how he died in the movies.

That was awesome! I love the doing the old classics like that. One recommendation I would say to try next is due like Monty Python, the holy Grail versus blazing saddle cards and do the same thing with Rick and Morty. That'd be hilarious

I expected Voldemort to have a special ability Horcrux: By paying half your Life Points, Voldemort isn’t destroy by attacks of effects. It kinda makes sense to me
However in the context, no power he could draw from would protect him from the might of the one ring.
Wouldn't it make more sense for it to be 1/7th?
@@Skyfighter64 no, because originally, the horcruxes are meant to divide your soul in 2 pieces. But Voldemort did it several times, so I believe it would be better to pay half your life points. And besides, this is the man who was feared across all of the Wizard World, so I would expect him to have a special ability to survive against death, since he feared to die
@@eduardomoncada1I like your idea . But also what about attack points? Since Voldemort attack points are 3,500 each time he is “destroyed” he comes back , but with 500 less attack points each time , and that’s a maximum of 7 times since he’s at 3,500 attack.
Seems like the creator wanted lord of the rings to win and this is a really short video so it seems like they wanted to wrap it up fast without too much extra steps idk

I was wandering how would look rick playing Yu-Gi-Oh and you made it happen!!! Wow 🔥🔥🔥🤟
Okay hear me out: Pegasus duels Rick, and uses the Millennium Eye to make a card out of Rick's portal gun. Rick loses the duel, Pegasus keeps the card and Rick has to use an emergency warp pad to get back home. While he works on making a new portal gun, Pegasus can't quite wrap his head around the full functionality of the portals. But, he is able to figure out how to access recently visited dimensions. So he starts going to Rick's previously opponents and turning them into cards.
Rick finishes the new portal gun, then finds Pegasus and demands his portal gun back. Pegasus says he'll duel him for it, but if Rick loses Morty becomes a card in his deck. Rick agrees, and Pegasus surprises him by using cards of people he's met against him (I know this would have to fudge the anime logic since the cards didn't have playable values, but it would give you a chance to make interesting cards out of those characters.)
From there I think it could go either way:
1.) Rick wins, gets his cards back and that ends the saga.
2.) Pegasus wins and Morty is turned into a card, but Rick is able to fully scan the Millennium Eye and goes back home to analyze it. After some work he's able to reverse-engineer his own cybernetic eye to identify and free captured souls in cards. The only catch is, it only works during a duel when the cards are activated. Meanwhile Pegasus has been using the portal gun more, understanding it better, and even traveling to dimensions and meeting versions of himself. This could lead to a 2v2 between Ricks and Pegasuses, the original Pegasus being beaten by a different one, creating a russian nesting doll situation for rick since the eye that trapped Morty is stuck in a card.
