  • Each of the Syndicates holds strong beliefs that shape their actions and dictate their operations. They happily extend their hand in friendship to any who would join their cause and assist with their goals. Yet they are not afraid to take violent action against those who would oppose them, Tenno or not.
    Don't get your hopes up for a return of this series. I just felt bad about leaving a "next time on" for a few series so I'm gonna TRY and cap them off. Going forward I don't want to promise any future content so as to avoid letting people down. That said, this is probably the worst episode I've done, but whatever, wanted to do it anyway.

      The relays are created and maintained by the Tenno. These peeps are meeting on neutral grounds, the Tennos' grounds, and NOBODY wants to start a fight on the Tennos' turf. Pissing off one Tenno is manageable for an army. Pissing off a RELAY FULL of Tenno is a death sentence.

      Couldn't have said it better myself. Warframe feels so lifeless, when we're supposed to believe otherwise. The Grineer are fine, but adding in the Corpus just makes things so unbelievable. What even are the corpus? They seem pretty human to me, and if so, how in the hell can there be so many of them to kill? What is it Warframe? Are you post apocalyptic, or trying to give off a "grand war" feeling? Nothing makes sense. If they added some life into the game then that could fix things. I think the existence of the Corpus and their status as a major faction near equal to the Grineer, which realistically shouldn't be challenged in the slightest by the Corpus, screws everything up for me.

      Sure it does. He may have a good understanding of each creature, but the things he has us hunt are anomalies, hence why they are so important. In order to understand WHY they occurred, he literally breaks them down to a genetic level and analyzes every fiber of their being. With this knowledge, he perfects the base creatures by learning how they can mature and mutate.
      And he doesn't know everything, he just has a rough idea. Our synthesis speeds up his postulation and allows him to make finalized statements based on the massive amounts of synthesis we bring him.
      That, or the information of the past he brings us is the reward for helping him achieve perfect synthesis of his various targets.

    @patrickcross1571 Před 4 lety +15

    To me, it seems like the syndicates could accomplish a great deal more if they worked together, rather than in opposition to one another. They all generally want to make a positive-ish impact on the system, and their differences in creed and philosophy could probably work better in complimenting each other despite their squabbles. You could probably build a terrifyingly powerful empire if you combined all six of them into one faction.
    Think of it; the Steel Meridian and Arbiters working with the Tenno as a military force and warrior's guild, while the Red Veil cleanse the places they otherwise can't reach. Meanwhile New Loka, Suda and the Perrin Sequence work on the domestic side to rebuild the world the Orokin left behind. The Grineer and Corpus wouldn't stand a chance.

      I mean, you're nigh-unkillable and a single Tenno is capable of tearing through an entire cruiser's population in a genocidal rampage, wielding powers that other factions can't even comprehend, much less match. You're effectively a demigod. The only reason you don't wipe out a syndicate opposing you is a) other Tenno side with them and b) it'd take a while and you have better things to do.

    The main reason I sided with Steel Meridian is so one day I can come to a group of desperate survivors who are hunted by the Grineer empire ,show off my Vaykor Marelok and say :
    "I'm the only hope you got .".
    Or like doing one of those hijack/interception missions ,and maybe one day use those grineer radio tower sends out broadcasts and say:
    "If anyone out there is listening ,you are the resistance now."
    something like that lol

    I personally support Perrin Sequence, Steel Meridian, and Arbiters of Hexis. (And it tears me up two hate the one) Perrin seeks peace through mutually beneficial economics with a healthy dose of charity on occasion. Glast put it all on the line for a small unique colony with no way to benefit from it beyond it being a good deed! The man has my respect.
    Steel Meridian is a necessary evil. While peace is a great goal (Loka and Red Veil) the state which the Origin System is in makes peace a long term goal. The short term requires a fighting force just to survive, and there are too many who simply cant. Steel Meridian helps Grineer escape, not only to fuel their ranks but also to help them find a peaceful life if they so desire (Defection is Grineer who simply dont wanna fight at all anymore, and Meridian helps them too). They are a powerful ally with just core beliefs, and I will gladly join arms with them.
    Hexis I support due to their unwavering and insightful support of the tenno directly. Only Umbra and Teshin are the same, and seek to help the Tenno develop further than they ever could before. The Tenno have been stunted in their growth for too long, by Orokin and Lotus alike. With the greatest evil rising, we need to truly learn what we are capable of, or follow our former masters into the darkness of history.

    I found The Perrin Sequence to be the most suitable choice for me. A strong trade route that consistently delivers goods and supplies to those who need it is obviously important and critical to survival, hence why I support the Corpus, but I don't agree with their doctrine that "Conflict is Opportunity" as war will only drain resources and lower profits, something that any Corpus member would dread, including myself. Without funding, the Tenno would be unable to purchase the weaponry and equipment they need to arm their Warframes too the teeth. Thus, the Corpus fill this role by controlling the flow of supplies and goods throughout the Origin System, providing the Tenno with weapons like the Braton, weapons that are designed to replicate old Orokin weaponry that the Tenno used to use in the Old War, thus it is something that the Tenno are familiar with, and all the while offering them at a fair price that the Tenno can afford yet still allow the Corpus to gain a profit on it. On top of all that, a healthy trade bond between two factions can even lead to an easing and lowering of tensions, not to mention the Corpus are also the only faction besides the Tenno that have managed to successfully incorporate Orokin technology at varying degrees on a large scale. For all of these reasons, I support The Perrin Sequence.

    In order of preference:
    Steel Meridian: I like to side with the militaristic protector faction. I am the sword to their shield, willing to cripple all in our path to protect humanity.
    Perinn Sequence: I understand the value of statistics in how they operate, and agree with their goals for peace in the system, despite their hatred of me for working with Steel Meridian.
    Arbiters of Hexis: I agree with their outlook on the Tenno being one that could be much better. Like the Conclave, they can help the Tenno grow.
    Red Veil: I agree with their goals of purging the system. I bear my blade against everything that is an enemy to humanity in a galaxy wide purge.
    Cephalon Suda: I love her, she's great, but I don't really care about her goals like I do with Cephalon Simaris.
    New Loka: I just...don't really like them. Sure, I understand their want for Earth to be inhabitable again, but their single minded goal, hatred of orokin tech, and outright unfair treatment towards Grineer who aren't like the rest makes me dislike them.

    It's worth noting the New Loka have more in common with the Orokin than the Arbiters do. Their obsession with purity is very similar to the Orokin's ideals of perfection, hell, they even have Orokin tech/architecture in their room. Their desire to use the Technocyte is also like the Orokin. Red Veil seem like massive hypocrites. They speak of fighting corruption, yet they say things like "How dare you go against us?". They seem more authoritarian than the Arbiters and interested in acting out their violent desires than dealing any actual justice (hence why I think Steel Meridian allying with them was a game function rather than a lore one). For those reasons, I trust them the least. They are too similar to the Orokin's way of thinking. Both of them have genocidal written all over them, and I ain't having none of that.

      It's not surprised at all that they ally with the Red Veil, given that both sides consist of very angry people who happen to be fighting the common enemy, nothing bonds angry people better than having the same people they wanna fuck up.

      In my opinion, the Steel Meridian are short sited, only focusing on the here and now. While what they are doing is morally good, in the long run it's not practical. "Give a man, teach a man to fish" is the mentality they are lacking. Lastly, the Grineer, as stated by your operator, deteriorate quickly over time, due to being clones. The New Loka are more focused on creating a long lasting peace and only oppose the Steel Meridian not because of difference in Morals but because New Loka believe in the pure human form, which Grineer no longer are. Secondly, the Steel Meridian are focused on the colonies while New Loka are focused on bringing Earth back to stability.

    *Perryn Sequence:* Corpus
    *Red Veil:* Stalker
    *Steel Meridian:* Grineer
    *Cephalon Suda:* Orokin / Neural Sentry
    *Arbiters Of Hexis:* Tenno
    *The only faction who is missing here is the Sentient one, maybe an upcoming chunk of lore (?)

    • @cephalonprometheus6186
      @cephalonprometheus6186 Před 6 lety +8

      ercipollahouse cephalon suda is clearly representing cephalones , new loka is way more similar to the orokin way of thinking then suda , none of them were made from the classes , New loka are cultists , perryn are ex-corpus merchants , red veil are blood tersty assassins , suda is a seeker of knowledge ( and is kinda neutral about killing ) , hexis are like a law courte and steel meridian are just peace makers who want everyone to be happy.
      They just use the technology the have access to , New Loka and red veil both use infested , perrin uses corpus technology , steel uses greener , stud uses corpus and hexis uses corpus too if I'm not rong.

    • @ercipolla
      @ercipolla Před 6 lety

      I didn't say what they use in war, I just say that almost all of them are inspired by other factions. Red Veils are anarchist just like the stalker, for example. Cephalon Suda, as said at 6:20, are cephalons who are the most interested in knowledge of the Orokins so I think it is safe to say they are a cephalon cult based on them.

    • @cephalonprometheus6186
      @cephalonprometheus6186 Před 6 lety

      ercipollahouse I don't see it that way , suda just wants to preserve knowledge, she is more interested in the orokin for the simple fact that the orokin were a rich culture in terms of data and information, and most likely because she was close to the orokin wen she was human, like she had an orokin lover or known the race itself, therefore making her intrigued now that she is a cephalon.
