- Taking a look at the Mortal Kombat Faction, The Red Dragon.
Who are they, what's their purpose, and who are all the members. going through their origin, rivals and end goals.
Daegon could solo the Black Dragon by himself, his feats are very impressive.
He could, he’s extremely powerful. It’s funny none of his men are even close to his power

When he first came out, because they were trying to make him seem cool, but nobody bought it.

This makes the founder of the Black Dragon a retroactive badass because he betrayed a demigod and managed to stay alive long enough to grow his clan.
The Black-Dragon being a splinter group of the Red-Dragon actually mirrors how Scorpion's clan is a splinter group of Sub-Zero's clan.
Hsu Hao and Mavado are dead. Daegon loses the two Red Dragon characters. Kano has many the Black Dragon characters: Tremor, Jarek, Tasia, Kira and Kobra who are still alive in the current timeline. Where is No Face? Does he exist in the current timeline? His fate is unknown. If the hourglass woman erases the current timeline, does it mean Hsu Hao and Mavado can be revived so Daegon get his two back again for good? I'd love to see them again, but Ed doesn't like Hsu Hao.
Forgot about Hsu Hao, alot of people hated him already but as for Mavado, I can see he has potential if they were going to flesh him out even better.
I hope you continue and do these for all mk factions and characters

I just started working on a fanfic based on the Red Dragon with additional members from old MK comic books that no one knew or they felt they're thrown away like trash. Then again all non canon characters are thrown away like trash. So I'm giving them moments to shine. I mean I did that in my prequel trilogy where Lucifer was still ruler of the Netherrealm.

@@brunowillich1837 I was talking about the actual story mode. From the time Tavern wakes up, explore his parents temple, arrive at the Red Dragon stronghold, meet Sub Zero in Winterfell, go to Outworld, and then Edenia. Apparently that all happened in one day.

Ah Red Dragon, the only few redeeming designs and concepts in this faction are pretty much Daegon and Mavado. Too bad we won't be seeing these guys anyways anymore since these two fall short under one of the lowest score ratings in fightersgeneration fighter designs and that says a lot! and thanks to Hsu Hao for dragging them off to awfulness.

i think the idea of the Red Dragon/ syndicate clans were cool concepts, but the some of the charecters are crap.
as you stated, Mavado had a cool charecter bio, but his attacks are lame and his attire is weird to me.
Hsu Hao is crap all around.
Daegon was cool in his charecter bio and his attacks (as crummy as Armaggedon can be, playing as him was enjoyable) I just didnt care for his design.

Were the Lin Kuei supposed to be good or bad? They let Taven continue his quest after fighting him a few times and yet they were portrayed as a bad clan of people in the earlier MK games (which I do not own or have played and have only heard about them in another CZcams Video{I only have MK Armageddon}) and yet in the first MK film Sub-zero was as much a victim of Shao Kahn's sorcery as was scorpion.

Hsu Hao may look dumb, but it's wasn't so bad to play as him in MKDA
Usually in MKDA if there wasn’t a kharacter with enough or decent special moves I would rely on weapon, fighting style or branch combos same goes with MKD but I didn’t like how in MKA everyone had 2 styles including their weapon rather than 3 I get that they had to mash things down that every kharacter has one to avoid duplicate styles for separate kharacters but really it wouldn’t be a problem with me I still love MKA but obviously a rush in production. But Hsu Hao I relied on his Weapon style combos because they were similar to Kano’s weapon style.
Unless there will be a new member to the group thats probably only be the saving grace of this faction besides Daegon,

I have beaten Daegon through 3 Konquest incomplete playthroughs and he is still not as tough as Shao Khan. I would say that he is second toughest to Shao Khan, but of course that was in the Red Dragon Cave, I only got to play up to Shao Khan's Fortress level and I could go no farther.

I do not see how any player can get past those boulders on the Shao Khan Fortress level? I can't get on top of the boulders and there is no safe spots when I try to clime the path; I always get squished before I could even get any further than the bottom of the ramp. I tried several times and no dice.
