This is my first sponsored video! I am growing really fast. I made my first TikTok post in late July 2023.
This video explains the diagram I made, what it's for, how it works, and how to read it, as well as each level, how it works, and how to see it in yourself in the world. It's my personal interpretation of a model of consciousness that I studied, but it's re-written to make it more understandable to a big audience.
    DIAGRAM HERE: (bottom link)
    linktr.ee/hoemath
I use this diagram to show how people think and where some of the crazy thoughts in our society come from. It's having a big effect! Lots of people are figuring things out, and that's satisfying to me, especially when someone who's been spending a lot of time at level 6 realizes "oh NO! I've been letting people at level 3 get away with a LOT!"
I hope you enjoy the explanation and the little bits of gentle humor peppered throughout. More relationship content coming soon!

Maybe you know them already but in manufacturing we use the 5 Why's to get at root cause. It's a lot like you description of thinking things through at the end of the video.
I don't think that people 10,000 years ago were less intelligent than people today. I hope that you were using tribes/Romans/Medieval describing the lower levels as analogy only; Aristotle et al.

I'm almost 30. I've been at a new job for about a month now. Yesterday, for casual Friday, I wore a normal tshirt. My boss called me over and politely talked to me, saying I need to wear collared shirts. Keep the casual professional. He was very nice about it. And I felt anxiety for 30 mins because I had done something wrong. I grew up with unforgiving parents and deal with this kind of stuff internally, but I'm getting better at it recently. Anyways. I wanted to just go home and change so I didn't feel bad anymore. I thought about how my boss might have been stressed because maybe HIS boss mentioned it to me and he felt like HE did something wrong. And I caused all of that stress. I didn't like that. But. I realized I was being ridiculous. I told myself it's just a shirt and I'll fix it next time. And I was able to do that because I have become able to see how I emotionally respond to things and why I respond that way. I've been changing a lot of things recently since moving past some unhealthy attachments and I've been able to do so because I can see how and why I react the way I do. I think about why I do it and if what I'm so worried about is actually something to worry about. Most of the time it isn't. I feel like this self awareness puts me most of the time at a 8.

Yes!!! I have to force myself to engage in reality. I am constantly working on grounding. Especially since my family relationships aren’t great (mom is a narcissist) not having relationships to ground you can be dangerous. That’s why I stress duality, not oneness. Oneness is a reality in other realms, but ego and separation are a reality in this realm. You have to remember both truths.

I don't feel as alone now and the thought that somewhere out there someone else felt what I felt watching this makes me happy. An elevated consciousness means nothing if you forget the basics.
    Thank you for your video.

    • @2terra259

I understand how you feel, as time has progressed and we become more self aware we realize the way we think, and notice our separation from others. I don't like proclaiming intelligence on any level but I know that as we increase the depth of the thought we can generate and understand, we tend to solve, live, think, feel and separate from others. This is isolating as the fact we can be viewed by other humans for having a different thought be seen as immoral and labeled as a bad person, very isolating. But it takes time to realize that sometimes the best thing to do is to fit in. Which is probably why higher levels are not intrinsically better. I found that the best way to cultivate this idea and expand volume of consciousness is to connect with other people of similar depth. Just always keep in mind, we aren't better that anyone else, and no one holds superiority, as to err is to be human. so always keep an open mind. Good luck on your journey, friend.

I have discovered that the key is learning to "tune in" to the different consciousness levels being expressed or utilized by the individual or group, as well as being consciously aware enough about the advantages(or lack thereof) of discerning whether it is an optimal action for you(myself) to interact with them or not. To practice, you have to engage with almost all the variations of consciousness levels expressed by different beings at their own levels, however once you get the hang of it(or at least when it seems obvious for you to) you choose to associate with those that will optimize your life as well as the lives you too can optimize as well(some are more receptive than others to "change" lol).
Like a string(or in groups, strings) on a guitar, you must learn to understand and be able to recognize the tension(or lack thereof) of each consciousness level, learn to adjust your own to each variation for maximum harmony, and generate the unique symphony of experience we all love called Human Being, filled with both Joy and Suffering, and so much more.
Eventually, you will be so adept at it and the community at large will be so attuned to it that you yourself can be one of the main "Strings" that help to tune all the other strings in order to optimize the world and the future of humanity. At least, that's my theory or wish.
Regardless, good luck to all who read this, and may God bless you and your loved ones.

It's crazy for someone else to explain so neatly something you have been trying for your whole life to understand. I like that you stated that higher levels of thought doesn't exactly mean they are better, I've struggled with anxiety my whole life and I definitely get trapped in loops of overthinking and decision paralysis. I have learned in my adult years that sometimes its okay to chill at the lower levels and just be yourself. But I think if everyone had even just one breakthrough moment where they thought at higher levels, we would have a much better understanding of our world and how to live happily with one another.

    • @KennethTope

decision paralysis =/= higher levels. same for overthinking. you can overthink from the same single perspective, and have decision paralysis from one frame of view, while neglecting other frames of view. you can also 'chill' at higher levels, especially if it's bringing you answers to questions that could not be answered at lower levels, and allowing you to be more productive than you would have been otherwise, and therefore content with your improvement. there are many examples of this. I think anxiety is more of a nervous system problem and can happen at any level, low or high.

Right and best is situational… that’s what you realize at second tier…and as you climb higher you still retain access to the lower levels.
In fact not having them as a solid foundation can make you dysfunctional even when you are at higher levels of awareness. Which is why it is important to understand the impact of trauma in undermine that foundation. The climb is important because you become more versatile and less reactive to other people. You see people less in terms of good and bad and more in terms of different degrees of being awake. The less awake they are the more people and things they bump into.

I have no words. All I can say is how happy I am that this video found me. I've always thought that something was wrong with me, that I was able to just know everything and understand everything in a way that felt like I was the only one looking through these eyes. I started seeing everyone as a stupid being, and I was the only one with a full perspective of what was going on around the universe. In 2021, I went through a very traumatizing experience regarding my friendships, which led me to isolate myself so much that I developed severe social anxiety. With loneliness, all I had to do was sit with my thoughts and think. I kept thinking and thinking, and I really felt like I was leveling up very fast. This was all such a hard time for me, not only because of what happened, but also because I was learning and realizing so much that I remember telling myself that every day I was realizing something new, and it was almost overwhelming. Through this period of time, I went through all my past traumas, I relived every single one of them. I remembered a lot about my childhood, memories that came for the first time ever. It all kept taking me to a place that almost felt peaceful just for simply knowing things. Today, I can pretty much assure that I'm at level 9 and I still see myself stepping back.
Thank you so much for this video, I've never ever seen anything like it, and I'm glad, for now, I'm not alone.

Your dead on the money, meditation is definitely key. Meditation helps your mind expand but not just meditation alone, your mind has to be willing to expand and you cannot expand if you do not make room for more ideas to enter your mind unbound by biases. The more you can open your mind and be less judgmental the more room for expansion. Nuance is key for true growth, when you press in to learn more and understand more both light, dark and everything in between the universe unfolds everything in front of you. It's like staring into the abyss, the abyss stares back into you. Likewise the universe, don't stop, keep pushing. Leave not one stone left overturned and life as you know it will look like a matrix. More layers will peel back and just observe, lvl 9 is where it's at but only if you can handle it. You have to open your own mind to expand that far, it's a matter of one's own will to make a way. Will you tell yourself you know enough or will you open up to be once more surprised that this universe is in communion with you.

Level 6 would put everyone together.

Every 6 months or so i get a completely different results on my personality tests and it feels like i'm a completely different person and cant recognize myself, sometimes i read text from only 2 years ago and im completely baffled with what i wrote and come to the realization that it literally was a different person as i have change over time due to my subjective experiences and im observing the fact that i observed that. And it makes me realize that i truly have that unlimited possibilities on who i could become and who i am. Its like so to me everything is completely subjective including my own mind and the way i observe my mind is also subjective. "I think therefore i am" feels like it doesnt apply me. Because how can i be sure that that is the case, what about the me that thought 2 years ago, that me was a completely different me, its not the me as i know me today and its definitely not the me that i will be in the future, is the me of today even the me of the future, am I truly even me or even real? 4:21 This is the same issue with 'therapy' and I bumped up against this problem just a few weeks ago. See, i have an issue with wiping off counters. There's just been this lifelong block with this one thing. I'll do dishes, scrub out the fridge and oven, wipe off the cabinet fronts, sweep the floor... then walk out of the room without wiping the counters off. I actually clean MORE in an effort to avoid wiping off the stupid counters. I hate myself for this problem.
Why do I do it? Goes back to my childhood. Both training and resentments. I fully understand the why. I know where the complex evolved from and how it affected me.
Last week I was talking to my husband and the topic was relevant so I said all that and we finished the conversation and it was done. But later it bugged me.
I kept thinking, so now what? I know this is an issue. I know why I have the issue. I understand all the ins and outs and history and psychology of the issue. But I'm a freaking grandmother for the love of gawd. What the hell am I going to DO about it?
There comes a point where the navel-gazing has to end. You've explored every crevasse here's no more lint to be found in the little hole. You just have to choose to grow up and actually change the behavior.
So I shifted my feelings of resentment from my parent and from my childhood imprinting and made myself resent ME. I now resent that part of me that allowed this BS to carry on for so damn long.
And my counters have never been so clean. See, I can't change the parent. I can't change the past. But I can change what I don't like about myself. I am the one factor in the universe that I have control over, so when I can shift my mindset to "I AM THE PROBLEM" now I have the power to fix it. It's always a sweet rush when that shift happens because I know I'm finally able to move forward.
Us navel-gazers have to realize that insight isn't helpful unless we apply it. My husband is the least navel-gazing person on planet earth, but when he finds some aspect of himself, he just changes it. There is no navel-gazing. "I don't like that I've been drinking as much as I have. I will no longer drink." "I'm suffering because I go to bed too late. From now on, I have a bed time." And then he *actually does the thing... FOREVER.* He truly is a god among men and I respect him so much.
The fact is, why doesn't matter. The only way to improve our lives to to practice radical, personal responsibility and just do the thing.
It's a hell of a lot faster and more effective than the brain stuff.
But I will admit, it's much less fun.

That's why the best self-help advice is to "just do it." If you experience a negative feeling, then DO something about it, and see if you feel better. That's it.
I don't think I've ever benefitted from level 6 - level 7 consciousness. It's like trying to solve for 2 + 2 with a quantum computer. It just overcomplicates things and it becomes mental gymnastics so I can procrastinate taking action.

I’ve been having a realization over the past few months that i’ve been improving a lot because i’ve spent a lot of time rethinking my actions throughout my life and what motivated them, how others felt, how those feeling would make me feel, how others would view me if they saw me behaved that way, understanding that different people have different views a lot variety of topics that might seem objective at first, accepting people just think differently and have very different views and goals. I started a new job which i drive an hour to and from so i have a lot of thinking time. I’ve thought about my life over and over. I also acknowledge i have a very different mind now then i did prior to college, my life goals feel more narrowed in and my maturity feels more engrained. I understand that comes with time and experiences, both of those turning me who i am today.

I never saw a metacognitive breakdown of this before, but this is a banger video. On level 8 there's probably the perception of the passage of time, which changes depending on the scale you're operating at (like flow state.) Many people treat that as accidental and are peripherally of aspects of it, but consciously entering it is on an even higher since it deals with our attention and relationship with time. Being aware of the threshold of consciousness and what lies outside of it, and actively modifying those boundaries to serve us better might be around that level as well. There's so many levels beyond and I hope to keep noticing them now

My jaw was on the floor for most of this video, and not just your animations lol, but rather that I felt myself following along from my own life over the last few years. Recalling times of so-called 'shedding my skin' after low points in my life, saying like "oh yep, that was my exact observation level in high school, College, etc.". I always figured there was something out there like this but never 'on the head' as this. My stoic and amazing dad told me several times growing up that I just thought differently than my peers, and whenever I found myself frustrated about the inevitable alienation that I began to foster around myself, I realized that everyone around me really only thought for themselves and over trivial stuff no less. Growing up around people much older than myself, I managed to live through a depression of prolonged loneliness because I truly felt that somehow what I thought was intrinsically "correct" or "mature". As you said, "...higher does not always mean better." and that could not be more true, perception or wisdom or whatever 100% come at a price; whether sanity, happiness, connections, or anything else. In any regard, thank you for reading this post and a thin slice of my life, i continue to live humbly on the path of life that we all will continue to walk. 'Learning' too much too quickly can be a difficult, and often painful, hurtle to jump, but i encourage everyone to never quit and know when you are just spinning your wheels in life. Be patient, always take a step back whenever you find yourself lost to your emotion. Sorry for the rant, I rarely if ever comment on videos but this felt different, this is a great video with much to process. I hope everyone has a great life ahead!!!

I just realized that I am at level 8, no wonder it is so overwhelming. I‘m at a certain point in my life where I am so conscious about the decisions I make that I realized that my body feels things and makes me feel like doing certain things based on instinct or hormonal reactions that I get from literally looking at stuff with my eyes and I am here in my head trying to control my desires and filter all the best ones from the worst ones. Realizing that your body reacts to such and such and feels so and so is great because now I can help my self make the right decisions because I can remove all the bad decisions by not exposing my self to the things influencing my thoughts. (I.e. I was an avid drinker and smoker, don‘t smoke or drink anymore because I realized that those were my habits that I was nourishing for a long time by exposing my self to certain situations, by removing the situations I smoke or drink in and a little self-control I quit smoking and drinking. Took a couple of times but it worked.)
And now I am trying to optimize my self as if I‘m just controlling a character and not at all being 1 with my body. I know sounds nuts now that I read this. I found this way of thinking to be very helpful as I am avoiding a lot of impulsive decisions therefore avoiding a lot of bad habits and decisions therefore avoiding major setbacks allowing me to strive even further. Hope someone found this comment helpful. I don‘t usually comment on videos but this video helped me sum up some of my thoughts. Thank you for the great content. 👍

Those in level 6 then, made the mistake of the cliché, throwing out the baby with the bathwater. He says: "this isn't some you need Jesus crap"
Then proceeds to offer a religion that you spend essentially forever trying to quit being reborn even though you have no soul or person.
      🤦
All based on the teachings of a man who was just one of the many bodhisattva BUT *specifically* from the "Tuṣita" heaven, (buddhist cosmology is migrane inducing, cuz ya kno: "dukkha") who, depending on which opinion from which buddist "off-shoot"/sect (in other words no one knows, or EVER DID) decided to take the shape of a "white elephant to be reborn on Earth for the last time."
      🤨
This white elephant, enlightened state buddha, from a specific heaven, for whatever reason, went into what I guess he chose to be his mother's womb (via her right side?) to be born, but was still a result of sex of his mom and dad(?).
      🧐
All this to live a life in search of how to "detach" and "break the cycle" which he for some reason was the first one to "figure it out" giving us the "middle road" to achieve nirvana as a means to quit being born over and over again (be good or you might be born as a dung beetle)
      😑
      BUT....
      No "Jesus crap" though...
Obviously you can do whatever you want, you've been GIVEN the free will to do whatsoever you please.
But don't try to reduce the real undeniable existence of Jesus Christ to "crap".
Jesus Christ, who factually lived, that we have verifiable first hand witness accounts of, is backed by historical, archeological, and scientifical evidence...not to mention the literary miracle, the Bible, and it's never been exhausted details and explanations for human existence, creation, meaning, moral values, reason for suffering/evil, death, eternal life after...
but yeah....Buddhism bro, no Jesus "crap", btw check out this dudes channel he's like super close to nirvana man."
I say all that to say this: Believe it or not I got nothing but love for you and since I come from a Catholic upbringing which led me to hate church in the Bible only to eventually come to the realization that my preconceived notions and bias towards the Bible we're not fair and we're founded in my CONTINUED dislike (to say the least) of Roman Catholicism.
once I put aside my preconceived motions biases opinions and simply just looked in to studying the historicity of the Bible alongside some personal spiritual self-reflection and prayer I came to what I believe to be the only logical conclusion and quite easy to come to with that, which is simply that the Bible is exactly what it claims to be.
Jesus of Nazareth, Son of God (literally God in the flesh) came down here 2023 years ago (current year=how long since His bday, go backwards for anytime before [BC] lol, world changing event) to be murdered by His own creation, for you.
God in the flesh, who made the entire universe, was sentenced to Capital punishment: death by Roman Crucifixion.
Order was given by one "Pontius Pilot" who was the fifth governor of the Roman province of Judaea, serving under Emperor Tiberius.
      As a result, your Creator, suffered a horrific death, being tortured, spit on, mocked, beard ripped out, and the One who made the entire planet, hung bloody, entirely naked, disfigured, entrails showing;
this He suffered while having the power to come down off the cross and wipe out all humanity at any point if He wanted to but no, instead we read in Luke 23:34 'Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do...'
God in the flesh died for you.
Because if you're honest with yourself you know that you are what the Bible would call a sinner.
Because besides Jesus who lived a perfect sinless life (only way to be a perfect sacrifice on our behalf is to be perfect) so is EVERYONE ELSE who ever lived.
And a perfect God cannot allow sin into a perfect place such as heaven because if He did, man would ruin all of outer space/heaven just like we are doing to Earth.
And the judgement for sin, anything less than perfection, is death and eternity seperated from God in hell.
But hell wasn't even made for you, Matthew 25:41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire PREPARED for the DEVIL and his ANGELS."
And He died for all of His creation because He loves us:
      ‭‭John‬ ‭3:16‭-‬17‬ ‭KJV‬‬
[16] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. [17] For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved."
So he took your place on the cross, died for your sins, took your sins down to hell when He went there for you and dropped them off, rose from the dead on the 3rd day according to the scriptures, and ascended back up to His rightful place in Heaven.
All that just in the HOPES (because He isn't a slave owner He gave you free will) that you will accept His FREE GIFT (you don't earn it) so that you can be forgiven, clean by blood of the "Lamb".
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
      1 John 5:13‭-‬14 KJV
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
      Romans 10: 9-10
⁹ that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
¹⁰ For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
      Romans 10:13
¹³For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Get saved brothers/sisters, God doesn't want you trying to worry about breaking The Reincarnation cycle trying to achieve Nirvana or get whatever prize whatever religion is offering you by your own works.
No he wants you to know that you are going to heaven by simply trusting in Jesus Christ dying for your sins. He wants you to have peace, hope, purpose, meaning, a literal one on one personal relationship with you; and to spend eternity in Heaven with you there.
We aren't guaranteed tomorrow, but we are guaranteed to die; don't put it off just simply trust Jesus Christ (cuz it's not crap, only reLIEgion is) and I hope to see yall topside after this short life on earth.
      Love.

Hmm. That is quite the relief to be honest. I tried several times to explain how it feels to see myself from "up above" as I called it. People were often skeptical or simply say I'm intellectualizing everything and I should go out more often. But I'm following the misty tracks of understanding. To watch things unfold, recognize where the decisions come from, the process of both coming to them, justifying them, and perpetuating them. I long for discussions allowing to see beyond, I've had them with rare friends. And it takes time to get there too. I feel a little better knowing these words, having something a little more tangible.
    Thank you!

There are two parallels I noticed that are fascinating:
    1) how these psychological/societal levels correspond to the explanation of the 10 physical dimensions.
    2) how the ancient philosophy of Stoicism defaults at beginning the practitioner at Construct Awareness(Lvl8) and places it's goal making Lvl9 the default Lvl1 perspective, which could be said to be the goal of other philosophies/religious traditions(Buddhism for example), but it is the only such philosophical tradition I'm aware of that is fundamentally constructed to begin at such a high level of awareness instead of gradually achieving it.

Like tell me one distinc thing about the "curled up" dimensions 5-10 and how they relate to anyhting on this list. the only similaritty is that there are 10 of them. It would be pretty cool if there was some fundemental connection between the structure of our universe and the structure of our consiousness but comparing two (flawed) models and then assuming some fundemental connection is non-scientific. First we would need to determine that this is a proper model of concousness for attacking the question. Also, the 6 curled up spatial dimenssions in string theory have never been measured or observed and string theory is only one group of theories that attempts to explain quantum gravuty. There are many others that don't involve extra dimensions

Level 9 is actually really useful for peaceful interpersonal activity. The transparency that it creates of "gaps" in the emergence of conscious apprehension of reality helps you sort of... place something in front of people that makes them react, like "what the hell did you just say? why have I never thought of it that way?" and I BELIEVE (don't quote me) that this is why they call it the "ironist." Because you are "ironically" giving people the opposite of what they need to force them to solve their own problem from the inside and make them fill in that gap.

My gf and a friend have talked abt this and we like to actually analyze ppl. It starts with expression, then substance, then reasoning behind substance, and then mindset. Expression is what someone shows directly. Their clothes, how they say stuff, anything that just on a superficial level u can describe or categorize them as. Then comes substance. What r they actually saying. It’s like you can say “yes” in a excited way or a hesitant way and it would convey different meanings. Then comes substance behind reasoning. A great example is your brain drawing. Everything u just said about why a girl doesn’t like you (sorry) is reasoning behind substance. Then comes mindset. Which is way harder to explain, but it’s the true origin behind everything you do. It’s kind of like your 7th degree of conscious. Like you see how all of their experiences culminate and you describe exactly why ppl do things. You can never describe someone’s mindset in a single word or phrase, but rather it is the culmination of everything as a person. If you can understand mindset you can understand the entire person as a whole. Anyways what I’ve been wanting to say is that I think you’re 9th level is unfinished. The 8th level is the recognition of the culmination of everything, but then 9th level is not only being able to understand your own culmination of everything, but someone else’s and truely experiencing what they have gone through. See you just desciebed a pattern of conscious and the pattern keeps on going as you go higher and higher and the 9th level is no exception. What you just described is the ability to analyze someone as a whole. The second level is the ability to understand someone else’s expression and then so on and so on (sorry i forgot what each level, but I hope u get the idea). Anyways the 9th level is the ability to understand the person as a whole, but then there is a 10th thing that i feel like is there but I wouldn’t nessecarily call it a level of conscious just more like a realization. You realize that all the information u perceive no matter how object, is finite. You can never truely define everyhting. There is no absolute in anything other than yourself. I believe this is where the cycle comes to a circle. You then come back to the level 1 of consious and build. Keep in mind it is not a cycle but more like the end of a circle. After realizing everything you possibly can, you just go from there. I know what I’ve just described might not seem real to some people and even to others as superficial. But truly know what i’m talking about you need to experience it.

I don't usually respond to comments but I found this interesting. I would agree with your 'level 10' sort of idea, not as a state of consciousness but a rule of life. But i wouldn't agree with your level 9 in the context of the video. The first reason being, as you said all information is finite which means therefore it can be lost or withheld by individuals. Which would mean for the reality of your level 9 to exist ("but someone else’s and truly experiencing what they have gone through") be impossible. This would kind of have to make me delve into 2 sub reasons as to why but i think this stems from misinterpretation of the video. I don't think hoe math's level 9 was to experience and understand the culmination of *someone else's* experience and existence but instead was the ability to like he said, "knowing where to watch those things"- in context to level 8. Level 8 being the ability to understand the culmination of YOUR experience in real time, to understand the understanding and observe the observing of the culmination. What I drew from the video, the idea of level 9 is the level of thought required to understand which area's to focus on, once again "the *responsibility* for *knowing*-( which in context is the parent to level 8 as a value), *where*-(in reference to being able to understand a higher level of where observing observation is required and necessary, and to understand its role and value in your own observation) to watch those things" that was my interpretation, I look forward to a response. Do correct any of my mistakes from your argument.

This video made me realize among many other things why meditation is so important (even though some part of yourself doesnt want to do it). Meditating is literally seeing your thoughts as an observer, not your own, and let them be; this can be compounded multiple times (into multiple levels as you explain).
So meditating is really a power tool to train looking at things from more far away as you get better at it.
Obviously you would need to accompany this with just living your life to collect experiences, so then you can meditate about them and then realize this birds-eye view. I'm writing this as I reason it but this video of you explaining going up through the levels really screams the word meditation to me. It made me realise that I absolutely need to preactice it more, thank you

Thats not true. The more you progress into consciousness, the more you realize, that it is impossible to really judge people objectively. People you once hated - you now are able to understand. This unlocks more people to connect to. The deeper you come into alignment with yourself, the deeper you can love other people.
You have to open your mind to other people, because they are different. Only you yourself are making it be lonely, by this way of thinking. Open up to all people around you, listen to what they are talking. Don't categorize people into levels of consciousness, because really, how are you able to judge on which "level" they are? Maybe they are so much higher than you, that you dont even understand. Genuinly, this thinking leads me to throw away such categorizations, because THESE are the things which separate us.
There is no difference between us, open up to the world. It is so full of love.

It's been kind of tough realising that people I love and have looked up to my entire life either aren't capable of or aren't interested in exploring anything being their own bubble and that they dont really think about anything they believe, for example, if I discuss politics with my grandfather his response about why he votes the way he does is "my father voted for them and so did his father, It's what I've always done" despite CONSTANTLY complaining about policies the people he votes for initially started and continue to champion.

It's beneficial for ourselves and society as a whole to be able to reach those levels whenever we want to, but as a base level for everyday thinking, when higher level thought isn't necessarily required, it seems better for our own mental health and happiness to hover around level 6 or so, sometimes dipping to 5 or stretching to 7, as needed.

the secret is just to be on your character, don't try to be on a high level all the time, life is to be experienced and to evolve and adapt and get more and more information in different ways, the ability to not get stuck in any mentality. Just learn how to recall our character when is needed, and not all the time. Learn to leap between levels without remorse or worries, sometimes some of them are the best way to approach certain situations.

As a dude with high functioning autism this is very interesting. I end up using mostly levels 7, 8, and occasionally 9 throughout almost every day of my life while accidentally neglecting the lower levels (often forget why I do things, forget to put myself into one specific persons shoes rather than think of an overall perspective, ect) and I only now have a way to understand why that is. Thank you for explaining this in such detail and allowing me to realize I should begin to use those lower levels a little more.

i was just thinking that exact same thing! i'm also autistic and when he got to level 8 i thought wait, doesn't everybody think like this the majority of the time? and then i realized i don't use the lower levels almost at all and that's probably why my brain feels so busy all the time lmao
