For the past three weeks, I've been using litleeextra Rosemary Reactivate Hair Growth Serum for the past 3 weeks in combination with Cocooonion hair Oil and Shampoo, and the amount of hair I lose considerably reduced. I had genetically very good hair, but now have 1/5th the hair volume I had 15 years ago (I'm 31). Now, I experience much less hair fall, only 10-12 hairs per day, whereas previously it was around 40 to 50 hairs per comb. I can see some new hair growth. The quantity is given as 30ml, and I see much serum is left there in bottle.

Things I’ve read looking into hair loss
    1) dehydration
    2) not enough sun
    3) blood flow
    4) notice a difference when drinking gatorade when I was sick with covid. My hair became significantly softer than drinking water. Is there a more healthier dink that does not have sugar?
    5) over weight/ plus other health issues Diabetes/menopause
    6) dry scalp

    8) flashbacks of a negative memory/ stress

I always find it amazing how much education and clarity your videos provide in just 15 to 30 minutes! Since you started your channel six months ago I've learned so much about skin and hair. The irony is that I thought I knew a lot about the subjects you've covered, but you have a way of making things simple to understand and you've dispelled a lot of the myths that I, and I'm sure others, have always believed. I also appreciate when you have a partnership video, like this one, you always state it right up front so people know from the get go. Regardless, partnered or not, all of your videos have been a treasure trove of skin and hair education.

dr. ellis - i appreciate how very thorough you are - thank you for all of your work! my hair loss was caused by insufficient protein in my diet. i've seen at least five dermatologists who all had different ideas, none of which proved to be true. i lost so much hair that i broke five vacuums one year. oddly, but thankfully, my hair shedding stopped on a dime once i found out how much protein i should've been eating, and 3 or 4 weeks later it's still not crazily shedding like it was. i can't wait for those 4-12 months (if i understood what you said correctly) when i hope to see that at least some of my hair has grown back 🤞🏼. i believe that lots of older women may be in the same boat, as they seem to eat much less protein as they age, when they may actually need more.

Love your videos. Other things that have been a game changer for me include common sense measures. For example, I use to bulldoze my way through my hair. I now avoid combing and brushing my hair incessantly. I now use my fingers to gently work the tangles out. I also use a wide-tooth comb to gently comb out my hair before having my shower. Wet Detangler is my new bestie. I have found that the minoxidil does work if used correctly. I had written off my list till one day I ran across an article and realized I was not using it, as per the directions. Collectively, these things have made a huge difference in addressing my hair loss. As always, thanks for the great information.

I am no longer vegan so I am getting more nutrients through my diet than I was when I was vegan and I take vitamins and supplements and have been better about being as active as I can. I went back to drugstore shampoos and conditioners bc they work better for my hair and now I pre-treat my hair with OGX's coconut penetrating oil before shampooing to protect my ends. I use rosemary water as a rinse after conditioner and I let my hair air dry 70% before using a heat protectant spray and blow dryer. Thank you so much for this thoughtful video, Dr. Ellis. I've been to five doctors and learned more from you than all of them combined. I hate to say it but a whole lot of doctors (dermatologists included) just don't care anything about helping hair loss patients. I don't know if it's because it's confusing or what the reason is but it's a well known and frustrating situation in the hair loss community - and it sucks! We just really need help and so many of us get taken advantage of by companies pushing bad products. What is your opinion on using pumpkin seed oil to block DHT? Could you do a video about DHT blockers if you haven't already?

I also use head and shoulders as my derm told me the zinc in it can regrow hair, I take d3 ( was very low), and biotin forte (for the biotin and zinc). My hair has held steady. I have a thyroid condition and started noticing thinning in my late 20s. I have never missed a night- like the doc says- want to hang on to my hair. I am ready to try the laser helmet or prp next.

I’ve made appointments with hair stylists , Endocrinologists, her PCP, all trying to help her! I will definitely try a Dermatologist now. She went through pretty bad anxiety and depression during her Senior year of high school last year with Covid. Then she started college this year and the stress continued. She has lost a lot of weight and her hair is extremely thinned out now. I’m praying some of these products can help!

I felt compelled to write this for your young daughter who is experiencing this. I know it is very distressing. My regular Dr had no answers.

Include hot oil scalp massages into your routine.
Don’t use hot water when rinsing your hair.
Shield your hair from too much sweat.
Use a dual tooth neem wood comb to brush out wet hair.
Decrease your sugar and junk food intake.
Use natural anti hair fall shampoo and oil like littleeextra cocconion.
Nurture a positive mindset for general well-being.

The only thing that helped me with my hormonal hair loss was laser cap and massaging.
To see results with the cap took a good 16 months to see growth. And now it’s on its way. It was a pretty severe wide part situation that no doctors had answers for.
It totally makes sense because I have always had anxiety, that I have a tight scalp. And lack of blood flow from that. So I do believe the massaging has helped with the tight scalp. No doctor will tell you this because you didn’t study it.
Also my mom has thinning hair and has always had anxiety.
