The scale is an unbiased measure and is not lying to you; it is up to the individual to understand why the scale is presenting a particular number, be that relevant or irrelevant reasons.
Seriously though, the battle with the scale is such a mental game. So many variables at play, and sometimes you gotta just go by how you look.

Thanks for this video today Christian. I had a check in with my PT today and I actually gained a pound but lost 4 inches. I was discouraged all week because my weight wasn't budging yet I ended up losing inches in the end. I always let the scale beat me up.

Very informative and helpful. The scale stuff can be bewildering - some days I do all the right things and gain a couple of pounds, other times I overeat and lose. Best advice on this is to weigh yourself daily just to monitor, but to only potentially make adjustments after a week or more results.
Sleep is imperative for muscle growth and repair. I am glad he got the chance to catch up on sleep! Keep pushing everybody! SHRED!

I've made the mistake by letting the scale get to me. I've seen it go up a few lbs and i was just lowering my calories way to much each time. Finding out this weekend I've lost a few lbs of muscle by do so. Lesson learned but i will keep pushing towards my goals!
I have a serious question regard the Alphalete european distribution center. As many of you may know, the UK is about to go out of the European union, which means taxes, import taxes and shipping costs are about to go up like they were before their arrival in the european union, for every order out of the UK, including every european country. What's up about that? Christian decided to open the distribution center mainly because of all the cost for the customers outside the US , but everything seems compromised now. Does anyone know more about that?

I've been having the same issues! A month in and my numbers haven't gone down, but my physique has definitely been improving. Have been adjusting my macros slowly and see progress, but, I've only lost 2lbs overall so far.
Probably good to realize whether or not your training volume is higher than normal, causing a little bit of muscle gain. I increased my protein intake to 200g versus before doing anywhere between 150-180g, and my rep scheme is now 5-6 workouts, supersetted, 8-12 reps. So I think my body is getting extremely confused with the higher protein, higher volume factored in.

I feel you bro... 2 weeks into my diet and i barely lost 2 kilos.. Then another week goes by and boom 2 kilos down..!! So keep being consistent and the results will come.!! Just be sure to take a look in the mirror every once in a while!!

Needed this video! My body has been changing but the scale has only shown a loss of 3lbs. Definitely the water because I drink a gallon plus Monday through Friday and probably only a half on weekends.
