Here is a product I bought after watching Vitruvian Physique's CZcams Channel. While it is a great scale, a lot of the other information seems a bit off. Take a look at the video for my full review.

Best review. I think most were curious about the accuracy of the body fat measurement and you gave us an honest response. Thank you
Yup non of these are perfect (really no test is unless you die and we remove your body fat and see...) But it is a good place to get a reading you can work with. Thanks for watching and commenting :)
@Manny91 Yeah mine says something like 11.6% and I definitely have a good amount of flab on me, if I compare myself to some bodybuilders who use the scale, I somehow have less body fat is what it say
@@GamerBody Vs Renpho?
So true man, these scales should just be used for a general weigh in. I'm 90kg 186cm. I'm like you I'm BMI 26.. (classed as overweight). I've had multiple Dexa scans over the years. My results have varied from 14% down to 8.9% at 8.9% I had around 7.7kgs of body fat. At 14% i was holding 12.8kgs of body fat. Looking in the mirror knowing what my body fat is with the scans I've had at various stages of body composition, I can now look in the mirror and guess with a good degree of accuracy what my body fat % is.. based on skin fold thickness and abb visibility...
My advice would be if you really want to know, get a dexa scan at the start of your journey and then repeat halfway to your goal, and get the final one once you've reached your desired weight. making a mental note (or photos) at each stage of what your body looks like in the mirror.
The only thing keeping me from jumping was wondering if you could setup multiple users. Thanks for the review I’m going to get it 👍🏾
Awesome! Enjoy it :)
You can add up to 8 users on this scale
Switch to athlete setting. Also this does not use BMI
great review :D
Really good review, thank you. Also what I really like about this scale was a screen, that is bright and shows a lot, compared to various cheap Xiaomi scales which shows only height unless you connect it to your device. However, it's been some time since you did it, and I just came here by accident, so could you suggest anything for people in 2021 or later, which scale is way better than this, maybe to track body fat, or sync or anything, if you did a video on that, can you share it?
I personally use the RENPHO Bluetooth scale right now. I'll be making an updated review of it soon but I have a 1 year one I made as well. I no longer have this particular scale.
@@GamerBody nice, thank you for your reply. Just checked that review you did year ago, actually interested in the product, only playing with batteries is quite annoying I guess, just wonder if there is any better approach, like rechargeable Li-Ion batteries? Also looking forward to hear your updated review on the currently used scale as well :)
This was helpful.
Thank you for your honest response. i bought it also because I got the link and the discount. I should have watched your video first. I am looking to buy a more updated Fit Watch, mine is an old one, and it's time to update. what do you recommend?
I use the Fitbit Charge 4 right now and it works for what I need. If you want some thing that does a ton of tracking you may want something else, but I always aim for simplicity :)
Thank you I will look into it
How is the BFP reading over time? I understand from your review that it's inaccurate, but does it stay consistent at least?
Yeah, it is pretty consistent. I started using it as a baseline and measuring the BF% from that. While it may be a bit high, you can still use it this way to see if you are making some progress. BF% is always going to be a bit off with the top-of-the-line equipment, but use it as a baseline and track it that way.
In the setup, what did you put yourself at? Male, or athletic male? This seems to affect the bodyfat % and the athletic setting seems to drop body fat % down by about 4% for men and women from what I've researched. If you set it at Male and normally get 18 or 19%, try setting it to athletic male and see if it give you the 12 or 13% body fat you believe yourself to actually be at.
GamerBody c
I was given one as a gift from my sister ,thanks for the review
Wow I missed some of these, my bad. I have it as male in athletic mode. I'm about 14% bf by my estimation.
I know this is an old video but still wanted to say thanks I've heard that these scales can be inaccurate but I didn't realize how off they can be when it comes to body fat % I'm 5'10 down from 246 to 176 & my body fat reading comes in somewhere between 18.6-19.1% I still have another 15lbs or so that I want to lose & get down to around 14% body fat but this gave me hope that maybe I'm closer than I've been led to believe I feel like I look closer to what google images show 15-16% looks like so it would make sense
While BF% is a metric the fitness industry loves to throw around, I find it pointless. Even if you are a bodybuilder, what your BF% is doesn't really matter. It really comes down to your structure (build) and symmetry. From there, just get to a leanness you like and can support long-term. This basically means a place where you aren't starving all year round, and still have the strength to workout.
Appreciate the honest review man
No problem!
is there a watch where you don't need a phone to track calories burned and other useful data? I don't have a cell so would need a smart watch that tracks fitness data without the use of a phone?
I'm sure there is somewhere, but none are very accurate. You might get a little insight, but you may still need to be aware of what you consume as all devices tend to overestimate it.
You know this f'n analyzer from vitagoods that wanted me to give a fourth shoutout because I didn't show my face?, - UFC fighter.
The reason why i search this shit
I'm a bit lost on this one.
Does it allow for conversion into metric (kg/cm)?
Yup! It has a setting called "Weight Unit" where you can change to the following:
kg
lb
st
st + lb
For height, this is setup per person you add to the device. You can choose inches or cm for the type of measurement you need. This is only shown in the settings of the user, but it is needed to set up the rest of the calculations. I hope this helps :)
hi would you share your opinion on INEVIFIT Eros Bluetooth Smart Body Fat Scale
I'll take a look at it and see if it fits with my workout style.
Is there a way to reset this scale or remove a user ? I cannot seem to find an answer anywhere. Thank you!
Unfortunately I do not have this scale anymore. I use the RENPHO one which has an app and you can make multiple profiles. Here is my last review I did on it: czcams.com/video/YNimMRLGEoU/video.html
can you sync this with my fitness pal and/or fitbit??
No. It doesn't have any type of bluetooth capabilities. You wil have to take the weight and then enter it into the app manualy.
sorry, yeah Ifound that out after justanother minute or so.
Mine shows my weight but not the stats, I have had it for a year idk whats going on
Hmmm...I don't currently have that scale as I use the RENPHO scale now, bit you should be able to see the stats. See if there is a good setup video on CZcams and it could help.
I prefer the Renpho as it updates straight to an app. Neither are perfect so I would rather take the one that graphs it out for me automatically over time :)
This can compete with the inbody analyzer!
I don't use this product any longer. I personally use the RENPHO scale now and have been for a while. I'll have to take a look at the inbody analyzer and see how it is.
Do you know how to switch the settings from Kilos to Lbs?
I do not. I use the Renpho scale now so I don't have this scale to test unfortunately.
@@GamerBody No worries! I found it has a button on the back of it. Thanks for responding!
@@GamerBody Hey, how do you like the Renpho scale GamerB?
It is my go-to right now! I did a review recently so check it out :)
@@GamerBody I will later, thank you!
Yo my height is showing cm. How dafuk do I change to ft. Nothing will work...
Hmmmm I haven't used this product in a while since I use the RENPHO scale now. There should be videos on CZcams on how to set it. If not, I'd see if they have a support team you can reach out to.
Think it uses bioelecteic impedance
Yes I believe you are correct. I have a different scale now that automatically uploads the results to my phone. It also uses the bio-electric impedance to determine body fat. The one I have now is here: amzn.to/2uehz7Z
I will be making a review for it as well, but I like it a lot :)
Love the Last of Us poster!
Haha thanks! It's a Displate. My only problem with them is they do fall down eventually and being metal can cause damage. Otherwise, they are awesome!
Can I mail you my result on similar scale to help me understand my readings? Would appreciate it
I may not be the best to break it down. I just look at weight and bf% and try to improve from that point based on current goals. The rest is just fluff and ego.
This may be a dumb question.. But do you need to stand on it without socks and clothes?
I would on order to get a better reading of your body stats and weight.
@@GamerBody makes sense, just wanted to make sure
What’s the lowest age given on the scale?
In the device specifications I found it says "normal range" 18 and older. I'm guessing this means that it tracks best when at ages 18 and older. I did end up selling the scale in the end so I cannot get the exact numbers that display.
How do I change it to KG
I do not own this anymore, however I am sure it can be Googled or is in the instructions for the scale :)
This scale says I’m around 7% body fat. Is it possible that it’s still over-estimating it or is it underestimating it?
I don't know your current body stats but that is pretty crazy if you are 7% so nice work.
Do you understand that you don't have to just have body fat on your stomach. You could have most of your fat on your legs and then your abs look good as hell. It's just different for each person. Not hating just saying that your abs are the only place where body fat is. Good video though
Yup, I completely agree. However, I still don't see that as the case as my legs and other sections of my body are rather lean. Unfortunately, BF% is really tough to gauge with today's equipment, and even the best scans (DEXA scans) are prone to error. I just recently got a new scale and testing it out (the new one syncs wirelessly to my Fitbit app which is nice.
Right now I still feel that I am in the 13-14% range, but I could be wrong. Thanks for the comment :)
Can I change the age to 13?
That is a good question. Unfortunately I do not know as I sold the product some time ago. Right now I use the RENPHO wireless scale that connects to my Fitbit.
How much did they pay you man
If you are referring to the company that makes this scale, nothing. I bought it and made a review. I have never had a sponsor before, and still don't.
ure not 12% probably maybe 15-20 , u just dont store much fat in ur abdominals bro
We can agree to disagree ;)
How would you know nigga?
yup body fat % def not accurate wtf, like can i get my money back? now i'm stuck w/ this inaccurate scale telling me i'm fatter than i actually am...
No test is accurate. Just take that value and improve it over time. It would be the same even if you did a dexa scan.
Our scale just died completely. I caution people against investing in this scale. It is not a quality product.
how long did it last for you?
Pay the people who sponsor your crap i saw what they did to the UFC fighter ..... this product might be ok but the company don't pay up so fix that shit!!!!
I'll have to look into this issue since I've seen it mentioned a few times. I don't use this scale anymore and was never sponsored by them, just bought it myself to review. If they aren't paying those they sponsor though that is wrong.
@@GamerBody sorry if i made it sound like you had anything to do with this company... But this company has a problem paying people to sponsor the product you were reviewed on your channel..
UFC fighter literally trashes sponsored product on you tube
Oh no I'm not a fan of any company that won't pay for the service provided by others. If he is promoting it and making them money, pay the guy. It's a good thing he did let the world know so they can't do it to others.
liar not at that percent
That's fine. I am just basing it off of other photos I have seen. Until I get an official scan we won't know either way. Who knows, I could be even better ;)
Shit scale bro
I haven't used it for years. I have the RENPHO scale right now.
