  • Hi guys welcome back, today we're making one of the most famous Asian pork dish, the SWEET AND SOUR PORK RIBS recipe. The most important part of this recipe is HOW TO COLOR THE RIBS, I'll be showing you today on HOW TO COLOR PORK with HOW TO MAKE SUGAR COLOR FOR MEAT.     Ingredients:
    Pork Rib 700g 豬肋排
    Welsh onion1 大蔥
    Ginger 20g 薑
    Shào xīng Cooking wine 1tsp 紹興酒
    sugar coloring 1.5Tbsp 糖色
    sweet and sour sauce:
    rock sugar 80g 冰糖
    Superior Mature vinegar 50g 陳醋
    Salt 1g 鹽
    Soysauce 10g 醬油
    water 700ml 水
    Sugar coloring:
    Rock sugar 100g 冰糖
    Oil 30g 油
    Water 50ml 水
