A mistake many people do, including you, right there in the video: you're shipping the case straight! NEVER SHIP A CASE STRAIGHT! It has to be put flat, with the motherboard being at the bottom, like a cake on a platter, and put the shipping label accordingly, so that it stays in that flat position when scanned, as labels are scanned from above!
That way, the probability of anything getting unlocked is much lower!!
Also, make sure the motherboard you're using has a metallic PCIe slot; that way, it's much more unlikely to break.
I reckon since he didn’t want shipping insurance, it should have been his loss.

@@taylorebenguard6998 Right. It would be on the customer if they had made that agreement at the outset, but seems both refused and didn't agree who would eat the cost at the outset, so it's right for the business to eat it if they care about their customers.
It should have been, and probably would have been if the company wasn't still new and trying to get customers. In situations like that it is better for sales if the business takes a bit of a loss just to make the customer 100% happy so you either get a good review or they spread good words about their experience with the company.

Although I live in the UK and things will be different, I've worked all my life in this profession. Over this side of the pond, it would be my responsibility as the seller to make sure the parcel arrives safely. It would be up to me to make sure things are insured, not the customer. I've always made sure things are insured, not primarily against damage, but against loss too etc etc etc.
To be fair though, the price for coverage in Canada is extreme compared. For me to ship a 35KG £3500 computer with guaranteed next day delivery from a reputable company, this would cost around £200 including VAT.
This doesn't factor in if you have a deal with the company to be the sole delivery firm, nor does it take into account that it may be cheaper to get business insurance. There is more than one option, I'm only talking about getting protection through the delivery firm.
I have a question. So with Black Friday and all the cheap prices I bought a new motherboard gpu and cpu. But the main thing for me is that I went from a itx to atx, because I night my pc prebuilt the way and how a small the itx was frustrated me to no end. So I got the atx out in with the cpu but am stuck on cabling, and was wondering if I need to buy any new cords. My ox was from nzxt and I have the H510 case.
where do you buy that foam? is there a chinese aliexpress version of it? I live in Europe and I don't know if I can find this here

Hey there, I built my first pc a few months ago and found that the stock cooler wasn’t cooling my cpu well especially when playing games like Valorant and apex. I then bought a nzxt kraken z53 to try to cool my cpu even more but it in fact did nothing and my cpu was reaching temps it never did before. What do I do??
did you apply enough thermal paste? does the fan work?
did you make sure the contract area doesn't have any kind of transparent sticker on it?
if nothing else works, try undervolting, maybe the profile is too aggressive

insurance in shipping of expensive fragile items is a good idea because packages are often damaged during shipping.
but for me at least, only the outer package was damaged. double layered packaging keeps things safer.
but if you ship a computer without support on the gpu, especially something heavy like a 3090 the shock of setting the package down from a 2 inch drop could break it.
the over all weight of the package means its more likely to slip from someone's grip a bit sooner than they intended it to.
Honestly, nowadays damage to anything you ship, SHOULD NOT be happening. And the ONLY ones to blame are the SHITTY shipping companies like FedEx, UPS and others. They ALL treat their packages like garbage and have ZERO respect for people's things. These companies REALLY need to be vetting who they hire better than what they do.

Hello and I have a problem
I made a pc around 2020 and it had no problems it can run games like Modern Warfare at 100 fps high setting but then I stop using it for 2 weeks because of school and now it takes around 30 mins just to get me logged in. No joke it struggles to load Roblox but after that it can keep it going.

i built a new pc last month, it has 8X2 3200hz ram. but in the task manager it shows my rams r running at 2133hz, i also tried the bios. now in the bios it shows my rams r 3200hz but in the task manager it shows 2133hz. can anyone help me with that 😭.
You are running stock memory settings. You need to go into the BIOS and enable a faster memory profile then save and exit the BIOS . If you are on Intel motherboard the setting is called XMP if you are on AMD motherboard then it is usually called DOCT or EOCT.

If a faster memory profile crashed you may be able to just dial up the Memory clock. Go one up from 2133 to 2166 and see if stable. Then put it up to the next one. You should be able to find a setting which is below 3200 but faster than 2133.

My initial thoughts are that the memory you have is not supported and by either the 5600G memory controller or Motherboard Qualified vendor list at the fastest clock rate, lower timings and voltage.
One thing you can try is updating the Motherboard BIOS as newer versions can have better memory support.
