Very Beautyful compacts 🥰 the reason of variants is, that Mattel had licens from Bluebird to create compacts since 1989. so Mattel sold their compacts mostly in America while Bluebird sold their products mostly in England/Europe and there is a japanese version but called Angel Pocket ☺️ but every compact has de Bluebird Logo but are produced by different factories ☺️
I love the 2nd one with more color and I'm about to buy one in great condition from someone on Etsy. I don't know why I never had any of these as a kid, miniatures have ways fascinated me and my Mom, but I wasn't aware of them at all. Something about having whole little world in a compact is magical to me. I prefer the vintage ones though, the colors used in the new ones are harsh to me and usually use too much pink in such a way as to lose lots of the details. Thanks for your video.

I do have the one beach house with green grass! But I don’t have the full set, it just came with a black cat, but I still love it!

I only ever had one Polly Pocket set and that was the one on the right. I'm wondering if they produced the variants for different countries? 🤔 Anyway, so happy to walk down memory lane, thank you for the video and best wishes from Germany!
I actually had this set as a child (the one on the right with the green grass) and I believe it was one the first sets I ever got. Brings back so many memories, great video.
